Great restaurant with excellent steaks.
Interior is modern and beautiful. Kitchen is clean and also top notch. We know this because we were lucky enough to dine in the chef's private room which was accessible only after walking through the kitchen.
Service was excellent and Victor explained their dry aging process and all of their types of beef and cuts. A steak lovers dream.
We chose five different types and shared it amongst the group. All of it was incredible.
Sides were good but the winner was the bone marrow rice.
Never had fresh, grilled, heart of palm and WOW! Delicious!
Tried the different types of sausages (all made in-house) and the ceviche for appetizers. Both were excellent.
