Their attention to their patients needs work. They sent us to an infectious disease doctor for tests. We went and they dropped us like a hot potato!!!! Not one single person contacted us for an appointment or just to follow up on when surgery was gonna be. Even to tell us they would not operate! SHAME ON YOU OSMS!! I selected OSMS for a specific doctor but have been VERY disappointed with my overall experience working with preop staff, clinic staff and the clinic nurse. The staff are not at all into patient interests and needs. They dictated each and every "choice" so it was not at all centered on the needs and wishes of the patient. Thus not only was my recovery impacted by their dictates but also my pocketbook. My portion of the recovery costs were close to $10000 because office staff refused to submit prior authorization paperwork. read more

Be aware of the hidden cost regarding "New Patient Visit" for $287 and "Established second-time visit" for about $200 and so on. Although I'm required to pay co-payment based on my insurance card, I was not charged at all for the first time neither the second time. I received a bill for $661 for just chatting with the Dr (While he has not even discovered my pain as I have already known my pain and explained everything in detail to him). Per my representative, my plan benefits do cover injuries for individual sports. My condition (Golfer's elbow pain) is a result of my cross-fit activities and not sure what kind of wording they have used to send the bill to my insurance and not even responsive in terms of why the front desk has not charged for co-payment bit $200 office visit again on the second time. A new patient office visit does a little bit make sense but not the established visit for the second time for $200 each time you just walk in their clinic. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone due to their unethical  business practice and deceit read more

I stopped in to be seen for an acute injury. It was 5 minutes before they closed. They still agreed to see me. I was so grateful. They were very quick to get me entered in and taken back. Even though I'm sure I was "that" annoying patient, everyone was so super nice. Dr Linehan was very gracious to agree to stay a little late and was very kind to me. Had surgery on my hand four years ago. The pain is now back and they will not even talk to me about it since I now have Prevea360 not the old insurance I had then. They are about nothing but money and do not care about the people they are treating. read more

At first Dr. Flannery was great.I had a total hip replacement.It had been my 3 1/2 month check up and the Dr. didn't even know why I was there.I'd been in pain since the surgery and Flannery,refilling my pain meds with NO ques once a week.I was cut off with no further medical plan and a very rude "Have a merry Christmas ",with the door closing as he was saying it.I feel as if he took offense to me saying something isn't right and I shouldn't have this much pain after he said this was the problem. I've had multiple Drs. after the surgery,as well as nerve burning.Still no relief and am very frustrated.These Drs. are so ready to cut,that they don't take the time to dig deeper. read more

I Saw Dr. Utrie as a referral. I have been sick, frustrated and hoping for answers. What I got was a snarky, poor beside mannered doctor who made me feel crappy about myself. Then today was the icing on the cake when he sends a letter to my doctor that came to me accidently with my unremarkable findings and a snarky note to my doctor that he figured I wouldn't follow up. Seriously??? I have never been so angry or felt so sick about a doctor who takes a oathe to care. There was NO caring in this man. How dare you belittle how I feel and how dare you speculate what I am going to do. Biggest waste of time and money ever. I will never, ever recommend this man or this facility and I will never shut up about it. He has made me feel that crappy. Thanks Doctor appreciate it. read more

Multiple surgeries needed after misdiagnosis and mistreatment received here. Los doctores no saben nada. Solo van a causarle problemas. If Sandy Fragale and Dr. Dan Linehan care about their patients, our mutual family members and their business, then they will review each and every case that their partner and co owner has been involved in. The only thing that doctor should be doing is splinting upper extremities rather than cutting into them... and I'm on a mission to prove it. The last thing that man said to me during my three minute follow up appointment in September was, "Why are these xrays so bad?" And then "As far as I'm concerned, I've done my job as a surgeon. Now you have to do the physical therapy." Those are direct quotes. My hero and current health care provider Dr. Papandrea of OAW and Dr. Sanchez Sotelo of the Mayo Clinic both vehemently disagreed with the statement that his job was done. I have scars on my elbow, my iliac crest, and will have additional scars on my wrist and possibly my shoulder to prove that his job was NOT done... at all. My fourth surgery is scheduled for June 16th, 2020, which is 11 months and 7 days after my initial injury. I hope that by 2021, I will be able to use my arm to do chores like flossing my teeth, sweeping, pulling a car door shut, opening a jar, getting something from the top shelf, supinating my hand and lifting that middle finger when I drive by OSMS. Not that any of you care, but those are real goals of mine. read more

Writing this review on behalf of my mother, who recently had her meniscus repaired by Dr. Tressler. She raved about the care she received by the entire staff. And the procedure went without a hitch and her recovery was very fast! She was back to her morning walks (although a bit shorter than normal) after two days! read more

I have now known Dr. Tressler for nearly 20 years. I only wish he had been my Dr sooner. The first time I met him, he figured out in 1 appointment what years (yes years) of meeting with other Drs could not. I had a previous surgery with a surgeon who really messed things up. It was a right ACL and it was so bad, I had to wear casts for several months and then another bad surgery. Sadly I went years with issues. After that horrible experience I gave up looking for a solution until a few years later. I talked to several sports Drs trying to figure out a solution but most said they just didn't know and didn't want to go in unless they were sure bc it wasn't good to keep going back in. I'm not knocking the other Dr.s I do understand their side. Plus they were having to try to fix something someone else screwed up so it's a challenge. In my 1st appointment, Dr Tressler told me what he thought it was but wouldn't now for sure until he went in. He did the surgery, made the repair and I finally got my life back! He could do no wrong after that. He has since repaired my left ACL too. I had a great recovery and excelled in my rehab. For this reason, I pay a lot in additional $$$ just to go to him bc my insurance company only has him in the general network. I don't have extra $$$ to toss around but this is something that is soo worth it! Quality of life!!!! I am very grateful to DR Tressler and OSMS. read more

OSMS will not work with you on payment plans. You can ONLY choose their 3 or 4 year plan with 8% interest after the first year. I'm fully insured , works fulltime my entire life. I only wanted my payment to coincide with my income level. They refused. They also refused me medical care to see me for the same knee , same problem 1 year later. When I had my surgery, not once did anyone contact me or go over their payment options..not once!! Thank you OSMS for not working with lower income fully insured patients. I want nothing for free or redused... just that my surgery was so expensive and necessary and just wanted them to work with a lower monthly payment. Thank you for refusing medical services to me, thank you for not seeing me to see what's going on with a surgery you performed. Thank you for forcing me to seek another facility and Dr. To do this all over again. Thank you for showing me you could care less about your patients once they leave your office . I've had four surgeries to repair rotator tears. Two on each arms. Mr. Harold Tressler did two and his son also did two. Two injuries were caused by basketball and two riding bikes. I also had two trigger finger procedures there. My wife has had both knees done there and my daughter had her ACL repaired there. We've been very pleased. Appointments were always as scheduled. I personally have recommended OSMS to many people. Plus, Mike likes to talk hunting. read more

My appointment was with Dr Hein. I was a new patient. Check in was fast and friendly-10 min. X-Rays 10 min. The rest was unacceptable. Saw Dr. Hein less than 5 min. Felt I was dealing with a used car salesman. He pointed to the xrays, showed the gaps in knees, a slight narrowing, recommended physical therapy then said nurse would be right in & left. Nurse came in, handed me a paper for therapy, no names on it, guess we do own research. Then he said the Dr wont need to see me anymore & left. I was in & out in 30 min including travel to and from car. All for only $398 after insurance. 1 month later was able view his diagnosis online, research what it was as it wasnt explained to me at the time-still in pain. Sent 2 emails and 2 messages left, the 3rd I was hung up on after being on hold, was finally able to speak to Kathy, the office manager, I was told there were extensive notes. I let her know, he may have notes but he didnt share anything with me. She then offered to get the nurse to read them to me. 2 months later. No thanks, Ive already done the research on my own. This visit was almost a weeks wages and I feel the same as I did before I went in. Horrible experience! Never would I trust this man with anyone I know. Am now seeking another doctor, hopefully find one who cares about the patient and not the money to be made. I'd be ashamed if I ever treated one of my clients like this. read more

I had an appointment on August 4. With Dr. T. and I was not happy with my appointment. I spent more time speaking with the nurse and the time she spent on her computer then I had that with the doctor. The doctor seemed more in a rush then he had time with his patient. He did not seem concerned enough to even ask if I had fallen or had another accident since my last surgery. I am not at all pleased with the treatment with the doctor or with the facility. I am not happy with the doctor . Anymore it seems that the doctors are more concerned with the income than with what the patients have issues with. My doctor seemed to think it was all right if I drank and took over-the-counter medications then she seemed to relieving my pain. I'm not at all pleased with how physicians seem to have the ability to shut off their feelings for their patients. I don't know what has happened with the doctors of long ago but I wish they would have the caring attitude that the doctors had of when I was growing up because right now the doctors really have the attitude of let's just get the paycheck and get the patient out of here. read more
