Elizabeth is Amazing, she greeted me by name my 2nd visit to the pharmacy! They make getting your prescriptions filled a pleasant experience. If they do not have a medication in stock they offer solution options & let you decide how they can help you :O) I had previously gone to the Shoppers Drug Mart at the same mall location for years & Not Once did anyone greet me by name, or show a smile, or give me the impression that they appreciated me or anyone else as a customer. If they did not have a medication in stock they simply tell you to come back another time, as well, twice I received text-messages informing me that my prescription was ready for pick-up, only to be told that my prescription was not ready or available, also no apology :O( It pays to look for other options of service! Very Happy & Satisfied that I switched to Metro Pharmacy Linde

I feel like prices are a bit higher than other pharmacies but I like the customer service here so I'd shop here again.

The…read morepharmacists at this small and independent pharmacy are the nicest and most understanding people ever. They supported me in finding medications that I needed on short notice, made sure to include everything required for my meds (needles, sharps box, alcohol swabs, bandaids). When I needed the meds urgently one evening, the pharmacist personally came to drop off the meds (I live within 10 km of the pharmacy). I'm telling you that there will not be a more customer service focused pharmacy than this one. Plus you get to support the smaller guys.
