Some things are a bit overpriced but a lot of the specialty food items are pretty reasonable. Some were even cheaper than other stores, like the tinned sardines/cod. When I visited a store location I was told they had a poster online but not stocked in the store. So when I got home I ordered it online. The order unexpectedly took MONTHS, their customer service was very unresponsive to emails, and after I received the order it was an entirely DIFFERENT poster that I did NOT order and even the size was wrong. The order was a single product and it was fulfilled completely wrong. Customer service was very slow and unresponsive to assist, and only after almost going to my credit card company for a resolution did they refund my card but only PARTIALLY. To this day they have not clarified if the poster can still be ordered or when it would be available. It shows 'in stock' on the website, but the reason for the wrong shipment was supposedly because they don't actually have it in stock. All very confusing, all very disappointing and frustrating. I will not shop here ever again despite many of their products being quite compelling.

I went with friends, 4 of us, so we were advised that it'll be a few minutes until someone could assist us, it was no problem, they said we could browse around the 1st floor (not upstairs yet). Mind you, we're dressed very casual for a day out and about and with our backpacks. Within a few minutes, Miguel came to introduce himself and from there it was a delight. One of our group showed interest in a wallet and he immediately pulled out all the different colors and styles in that size, let us handle and compare, no problem at all. We didn't feel rushed, or pushed, he was so graceful and fun! We ended up purchasing a handbag and 2 wallets, we were able to get hot stamping on everything we wanted... Miguel was wonderful. During check out, he explained the VAT (tax refund) process and gave me the form and instructions on how to. This was a memorable experience for my friends and I. If you're ever in Lisbon, and want to shop at LV, ask for Miguel!
