Horrible customer service. I ordered pavers from this company for $2000. They came in 3 sizes on…read morepallets. The sizes did not make a rectangle, so after receiving, I asked them what patterns the pavers could be laid in. They told me to pick out one of the patterns on the the manufacturer's web site, which we did. The pattern used equal amounts of each size, which we followed. Two thirds through the job, we ran out of the medium size, and had way too many of the large size. We asked them to exchange them. They refused and said they would not take back the excess large size, and we would have to order 2 and 1/2 more pallets including all the excess sizes just to get the needed amount of the medium size. This would have been another $1500, and we would have almost two pallets of extra pavers. We also then learned that the pallets did not come in equal amounts of each size and they never told us that until afterwards. Bottom line, they sell by the pallet, with an odd amount of the different sizes. RUN to another store. To add insult to injury, the sand that they sold me stained the pavers.

I was looking for a large Rock to create a sign for a business and willing to spend a thousand $1,500 for and could not get any help. By time I found somebody to talk to they took my information down and I left hoping they would call me in the next day or two, I waited a week no answer. The bottom line is I went back 2 or 3 times and still couldn't get any answers. They even went as far as having a guy out of Idaho Falls send me pictures of The Rock's a hat. I text them back with questions and never got an answer on one question. I am now looking in Boise for a rock and I will pay to have it shipped to Twin Falls. I have no idea how they stay in business.

The Fillmore Inn was an absolute gem!! We stayed there for two nights in September and had the…read morepleasure of working with the owner on an event. The stay at the Inn: The rooms were beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds. Each a little different with their own charm and flare. The living room was gorgeous with exposed beams and I loved sitting on the couch and reading a book in the afternoon sunlight. The owner said the goal is to feel at home and she totally nailed it. The food: At check in you find homemade cookies in your room which taste amazing. The owner checks any allergies and preferences and then prepares an amazing breakfast in the morning which is included in the cost of stay. Each day was different and fantastic. I think I will be dreaming of that coffee cake and biscuits/gravy casserole until I return! Fillmore Inn as an event space: We rented all the rooms and had a bridal shower in the backyard. It was the perfect event space! The backyard was a gorgeous backdrop for the shower and Denise the owner was so incredibly helpful with all the details along the way and during the event. We will definitely return anytime we are in Twin Falls! I would give the place more than five stars if I could!

I just wanted fresh local produce. This place was great, from the Produce, local baked goods, Ice Creme and so much more it was a great variety. I couldn't believe my eyes with the size of some of the size of the veggies and fruits they had. I was honestly blown away. We spent about $200 on a little bit of everything but was so worth it. I will always support local farms and markets. This place is a gem. Aside from the market they had the pumpkin patch and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Pumpkin everything, slides and loved their flower field as well and you can purchase flower bouquets they make there and sell at the market. They have tons of pots for sale and little nursery with different selections of flowers that are seasonal. Truly an amazing place.

We decided to stop by BlueRock, thinking we'd just take a few family photos at their beautiful marketplace and we were so pleasantly surprised! There were wonderful activities for the kids, charming photo spots everywhere, and a market full of delicious homemade treats. The espresso bar and cozy seating area made it even better. It turned out to be the perfect fall outing ; simple, sweet, and memorable. I left with homemade pies, cinnamon rolls, and memories we'll cherish always. Highly recommend BlueRock!

I paid cash and some business's aren't as friendly and eager to help after they got their money. NOT HERE ! My salesman was Lynn Robinson and Lynn even helped me load the tractor on my trailer for the trip home which was about 200 miles away. I had a problem with a tire two months later and Lynn talked to the tire shop and got my tire fixed under warranty sight unseen, and on the spot. It doesn't get any better than that. I can still call Lynn if I have any questions about my tractor and he is more than happy to get me an answer. I highly recommend Barry Equipment Rental after my experience with them and Lynn. I called them on Wednesday and reserved 3 sanders for a weekend project. When I showed up to pick up the first machine in the morning and it was broken and they had to fix it while I waited. The other 2 machines the said would be available for later that afternoon since they were already rented out. I called them 3 times in the afternoon to check in and see if the machines were available. They said they had called the person who had rented them out and they would be back in for me to use. When I came time to pick up the machines they were not available. By the time they called me back at 4:40 pm on Saturday to tell me they were not available it was too late to rent them from somewhere else. I explained how upset and frustrated I was and they said they could not do anything for me. Then I said "what do you mean you cannot do anything, I reserved the machines." I explained that I had family from out of town staying in a hotel to work on the project and they said that was not their problem. I said it was their problem and Chad their employee hung up on me. On Monday I called Chad's supervisor and asked "when is it ok to hang up on a customer?" No apology, no ownership in the problem, still no sanders. Needless to say I went to Rental Pro and they were awesome. Don't promise your customer stuff you cannot deliver, do not promise a reservation if you don't do reservations, do not wait until the last possible minute to call a customer that has been calling you all day, have ownership in the problem and in a solution.
