I got a fair price on a queen mattress, but after a week of sleeping on it, I've found it to be way more firm than I'd like. Despite wanting to return it and purchase a mattress that better suits my preference (likely far more expensive than the one I originally bought), they were not willing to take a return. Because I couldn't test the mattress out in the store, I ended up trying my friend's. The only reason I think mine feels different is because it isn't on a box spring. Anyway, I guess it's reasonable that they don't accept returns, but I just wish I wasn't stuck with a mattress that didn't end up being what I wanted. Now to find ways to make it better.
