Everyone is SO nice, scheduling is easy, and the whole experience feels really thoughtful. The equipment, the education around what's going on in your body, and the space itself are all great. I've been searching for a chiropractor in Columbus for the past year and this is finally it. I can't say enough about the life-changing care I've received at Align Health with Dr. Lee. After…read moresurviving a traumatic accident that left me disabled and turned my world upside down, I felt like I had hit a wall when it came to improving my health. I was stuck in a system that often limits the care people like me can access, and I had nearly given up hope of ever truly getting better. But one week into my care plan with Dr. Lee, I already feel a renewed sense of hope and purpose. Dr. Lee took the time to meet with me, listen to my story, and create a customized plan that focuses on my overall well-being--mind, body, and spirit. His compassion, expertise, and dedication to helping patients like me go far beyond what I ever expected. What truly stood out was Dr. Lee's willingness to go above and beyond, even taking time out on a Saturday to meet with my wife and explain my care in detail. She's a very fact-based person, and he patiently broke everything down, step by step, so she could fully understand the reasons behind my treatment and exactly what was needed. That level of care and attention to detail gave both of us confidence that we're in the right hands. For me, this is more than just healthcare--it's a partnership in reclaiming my life. I'm 41 years old, and while the accident changed my life in ways I couldn't control, I've decided to take control of what I can. Dr. Lee and the team at Align Health have given me the tools, support, and confidence to move forward. If you're struggling with chronic pain, disability, or feel like you've run out of options, I wholeheartedly recommend Align Health and Dr. Lee. This is care that truly makes a difference.

I selected Ohio Orthopaedic Center, specifically Dr. Mark D'Onofrio at the high recommendation of…read moremy family doctor. I had been receiving less than satisfactory treatment with physicians in Columbus (no name-dropping here) and needed someone who could meet my needs and be straight-forward with me. After meeting Dr. D'Onofrio, he took one look at my medical history and recent tests and simply asked, "When do you want to get this done?" That was it. No more cortisone shots or minor surgeries. He told me that my knee was beyond preventive treatment and needed replacement. True, one would think that a salesman's only interest is "selling the car", but after breaking down everything that was wrong with my knee, he convinced me that I was prolonging the inevitable with all of these procedures. The surgery went extremely well, as well as the follow-up with his PA, Kevin, who is truly awesome. The care I received during my recovery made my trip to wellness a short and efficient one. I loved their treatment so much that I chose them for my other knee replacement surgery 3 years later, which went just as well. So I'm going to name these two (the center AND the ortho) specifically in my recommendations if you need knee or hip replacement surgery. You can't go wrong.

When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine

Every member of the staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and totally professional. Alyson Jurcenko was my primary physical therapist and put together a multi-faceted program that addressed every issue I had, including new ones that presented while I was working on my original issues. PT Ashley and PT Trey also worked with me and were also excellent. Austin, the office administrator/coordinator, kept my schedule of appointments on track and kept the office functioning in good order. A frequent question the PT's ask is about pain level on a scale of 1-10. I'm going to use that same scale to measure satisfaction and am happy to give Cornerstone Johnstown -- Aly, Austin, Ashley, and Trey -- 10's across the board.
