We ask a lot of questions, we constantly fight with our insurance company to cover things for our son, and we probably drive all of our physicians crazy as a result. We're not the parents that call everytime our son sneezes, just a little more demanding. Despite all of this, Dr. Kratochvil is wonderful to us and to our son. Answers the questions. Supports our concerns. She is always willing to take the time to discuss anything we need. Unlike many physicians, she listens very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician in Midtown.

The ones who answer the phone and greet you at this office are amazing. My favorite is Jeff. He is so nice, jokes around with me and is easy to talk to. He listens to you, sympathizes and also makes sure to educate you on the whys, dos and don'ts of things. He doesn't make you feel bad about yourself for things, but rather tries to offer solutions and education on how you can change those things yourself or tips on how to help it.
