This is a follow-up to a review I wrote regarding the Portland Maine branch. THE 5 STAR REVIEW BELONGS TO SUZANNE IN OFFICE980!! NOT PTLD!!!!! STILL waiting for response from portland. Condensed version.. Ptld. Branch was scheduled for a treatment on the 19th of July. Already paid for. After many texts from the tech with several different times he would arrive. He NO CALL NO SHOWED, and No text either. So my husband called this morning at 8Am to followup, find out what the plan is now. He was told that they had no idea what happened they would figure it out and call him back............its now 12:06 pm......... In the meantime, i called the orkin located in gardiner to see if they could assist. The customer service provided to me by Suzanne at branch 980 was above and beyond!!! She listened, and started to work through my concerns. Suzanne was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Stellar customer service does not always mean you get the answers you want. But honest answers and professional communication is really the key!! I started out quite frustrated, ended up laughing by the end of the call. I found out within a few minutes there are no available techs for our area until 8/2. Disappointed but its reality. Now I can work with that. We also went over my contract, it appeared that after my husband signed and returned contact, services were added that we did not request. So that was an $85 per month hit that was not expected! We never received the new contract so we had no idea. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH SUZANNE!!! YOU ARE RIGHT WHERE YOU NEED TO BE!! AMAZING customer service!
