Three times I had a scheduled appointment and three times they didn't show up…read more One time they showed up but didn't say they were coming so I was not home even though I repeatedly ask for a new technician. Way too expensive to not have sprays when needed. I wish I could do negative stars. Service requested was never fulfilled.

I am very disappointed with my experience attempting to use Terminix this week. I used to have a…read moremembership with them but had canceled it since this house hasn't had termites in 100 years. This week I called to set up a termite inspection as I intend to sell the house. First I was told that the inspection was free. Even after explaining that I no longer have a subscription, she continued to confirm that they do it for free, I told her there was no way, and she explained that it was a service they offer now. Who was I to tell her she was wrong? She scheduled my appointment, I waited that day for the tech, and they never came. Finally come to find out that she sent them to an old address in a totally different state. I called and scheduled a new appointment at the correct address. The next day I get awoken by a phone call at 8:30AM. I assume it's a scam caller and don't answer. Well, it was the branch manager calling to confirm my appointment, but why someone would call that early is beyond me, but maybe that's just a personal thing. Anyway, I don't get his voicemail until late, so he calls me again at 9AM the next day. I call him back, no answer. I finally get through to him at around 3PM, and he tells me he was at my house at 1:30 knocking on the door. I have never left my house the entire day, plus I have three dogs in the house and my mother and grandmother visiting. Apparently not one of us heard him? And if he saw a car in the driveway, why didn't he call? Then he tells me we can reschedule, but that since I'm not a member anymore the report is going to cost $350 and NOT be free, which is $200 more than their competitor my realtor suggested. He didn't even seem upset when I canceled the entire service. I highly suggest not using them for this service, as it is overpriced and they are obviously very disorganized. What a waste of time.
