She says she has never spoken to me (spoke over 5 times on the phone & I even have a voicemail saved from her - jokes on her). She says she has no information on my address and that no technician has ever been out there??? I tell her I am very frustrated and will take my business elsewhere after which she scoffs and hangs up the phone. This business needs to get their act together. Nora also needs to learn some manners.
