Answers the phone! Scheduled an appointment in a timely manner, verified the appointment 24 hrs…read morebeforehand, and the technician was on time, knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. Jose took great care to be careful around my child's room and things, as well as my pets. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this pest control company at all. Amateur to the max. I paid them 250 to catch…read morea possum in my attic. The possum ate all the bait inside the cage. Common sense tells you that the possum should be in the cage then- caught. However, I was informed by the technician that the cage was faulty, and that it had not picked him up. I was like what kind of incompetence is that. I was told that I was paying for their time. I am like I am paying for you to catch the possum. I am not interested in anything else. The owner resolved to set up another trap which worked correctly but also failed to catch the animal. He sent the same technician who used corn chips. He put some outside the cage to "lure" him in.The possum ate the chips outside the cage and did not bother going into the cage. Then, they wanted to charge me again saying they gave me 3 more tries and I am paying for their time. I was like no more. I would rather the possum live in my attic than give one more cent to this mediocre pest company. My friend the owner of a restaurant had recommended this company to me. I will tell her of this experience . It was handled incorrectly. The owner should have either sent another technician, put more than 1 trap, or made a couple more atttempts to make up for their mistake. He should have, also contacted me to explain how he was going to make up for the mistake. The possum laughed at all of us. He ate ham and cheese and apples in the cage and avoided being caught cause of the faulty cage. Then the next time he had dessert of chips and a peanut candy because he was too smart to get caught. Very upset. For a cage tramp of 250 I could have bought one at Harbour Freight NEW for 25 dollars and gotten results by now.
