FOOD & DRINKS I had the Lahmacun with doner. To make it simple. It tasted ok. Veggies still had their crunch, the meat was a bit on the sweeter side, tender with no crispy edges and the bread was soft with a slight chew. I could have lived without the tomatoes. They had no flavor. SERVICE The staff was friendly and the food was served pretty fast. ATMOSPHERE The restaurant is actually a bit more modern than most doner kebap places in the area. I especially like the chalk board to display their items. Very unusual for this type of restaurant. But in a very positive way. RATING There is not much to complain about but at the same time there was nothing that urges me to come back. If you happen to be close to this restaurant and crave some doner, give it a try. read more

Hier gibt es einen sehr guten Döner wie ich finde, und da in Rüttenscheid nicht an jeder Ecke Döner verkauft wird, ist es hier immer einen Besuch wert, Ich wurde hier bis jetzt nie enttäuscht. Es schmeckt super hier, und ich empfehle diese Location weiter. read more

Ohne Witz ich war schon in ganz essen in verschiedenen dönerläden aber hier schmeckst mit Kilometerlangen Abstand am besten da haben die anderen keine Schnitte danke das er direkt in der Nähe ist!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

The best Döner place in Essen! Nice atmosphere, reasonable price as well as the great taste:) Orkide Döner comes with italian style tomato sauce which was new to me but tasty. The staffs are kind too. read more
