At the initial meeting, we discussed our financial goals and subsequently provided requested information for the plan.  Once the plan was prepared we had another meeting to review the plan including action items for us to perform.  This included things like rebalancing 401(k) and other investments in addition to other action items to complete.  We do annual checkup planning meeting with Planning Within Reach and find the discipline very helpful to stay on track with financial goals.
