My mother and I have been fortunate to have her as our ENT for over two decades, and we are deeply grateful for her. A few years ago, my mother experienced a concerning cancer scare. Our internal doctor, referred us to an oncologist. This oncologist recommended chemotherapy without conducting necessary tests. Fortunately, we sought a second opinion from Dr. Chrosniak, who promptly and reassuringly provided her findings. Given my heightened anxiety during this situation, she even called after hours when she was out at her kid's soccer game to inform me that the test results were negative. Most recently, I visited her for some ear issues I've been experiencing for weeks. After she checked a few things, she immediately knew what was wrong and provided me the necessary remedy. I totally recommend her to anyone in need of an ENT. Just know that Dr. Chrosniak's office visits may seem brief but it's due to her exceptional expertise and extensive knowledge. She efficiently addresses patients' concerns, and immediately identify appropriate treatments. She doesn't mess around and waste time. She is definitely the best of the best.

Nothing about this office was a positive experience…read more I had an appointment in March 2025 and recently received a text message stating that multiple statements had been sent, no payment had been made, and my account would soon be sent to collections. The problem is that I never received a single statement. When I called to inquire, I learned they had the wrong mailing address on file. Despite having my correct phone number and email address, they never attempted to contact me through either method before threatening collections. What was even more frustrating was being told that the collections review process did not care that they had the wrong address. Shortly after the call, they sent an email attachment that I could not open, which was not helpful at all. There are plenty of ENT practices in the area. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

In a word: Phenomenal…read more Dr. Rebecca Kamil is kind, thorough, and makes you feel at ease. Even while a scope is being shoved up your nose! The solution used to numb the area tasted absolutely foul, but that's not her fault. She explained every step and answered all the questions, even the somewhat silly ones. I'm sure ENTs hear some ridiculous things, even with adults. The office itself is clean, organized, and easily accessible. Parking is plentiful and the restroom is close by. Online booking is a breeze and her staff is warm and approachable. My only downside during the visit was this creepy girl in the waiting room. I know she was filming because when I moved, her phone did too. I had to ask the doctor one more question and walked to the back, and she had it pointed at the door when I walked out. Odd angle. I didn't say anything out of respect for it being a doctor's office, and that person's behavior isn't the fault of the physician or her employees. It's not their fault that some people weren't raised properly. Anyway, if you're searching for an adult ENT, Dr. Kamil is the one! Check your insurance before making an appointment, and stay Healthy :D

TLDR; book the appointment and go--this is an amazing doctor…read more I went here recently for some ear problems/blockage that I was concerned was ACTUALLY hearing loss. This is the only practice I could find in my vicinity that would see me within a week; everywhere else had slots open only in a month or two. The office itself smells terrific and the staff (even at 9 am sharp) were all energetic and super friendly towards me. This combined with an easy check in/first time patient registration made it a good start in my mind. My nurse Ashley was super patient and let me talk about all my concerns extensively while she diligently documented it. Dr. Kamil is a star of a doctor! Her energy is incredible, she listened to me as well AND provided scientific / anatomy explanations for the care / all the concerns I had. I got my ears cleaned and it was very swift and didn't hurt at all + educated on after care and future prevention of my issue.
