From the moment we walked in, the…read morecustomer service was not welcoming, and I honestly got the feeling that the therapist didn't even want to be there. I specifically told her right away that I wanted medium-to-soft pressure, but the massage was much too aggressive. She also used an excessive amount of oil and kept drenching me in it, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The room itself was not well maintained. There were holes in the walls, the door kept opening during the massage, and you could hear noise from other rooms because there was no relaxing music that u can hear playing in the room. It really did not feel like a clean, peaceful, professional spa environment. The price was $90 for 90 minutes, but unfortunately, I did not feel that I received the quality of service or experience I expected for that price. Parking was also not convenient, which added to the overall frustration. Very limited spaces and tiny area. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience for me, and I would not return. Never again.

It is not a fancy environment, but what they lack in aesthetic appeal, they more than make up for in skill. The room was initially cold, but I asked for an extra sheet which solved the problem. The therapist checked with me about my preferred level of pressure throughout the massage, and it felt great! I think it was $69 for one hour of deep tissue. The level of skill was on par with massages that I routinely pay $100+ for, so I was very happy with the service. I cannot speak for any other therapists but mine was top notch so I recommend this place 100%!

Once we got started the lady told me she could only do 30 mins and would give me $20 change (the difference). Out of those 30 mins she spent about 10 mins just scratching my head. Once it's all done which was not even the full 30 she tries to keep my $20 change for herself as a tip kept insisting it was 40 plus 20 tip no way should I have even paid for that. Absolutely terrible just robbed me for $50. Never again will I step foot here.

The voice replied. "How much?" I asked. $50 the voice replied. When we arrived, they brought my friend back first into one room, and they asked me to go in there, not knowing we are friends, and I pointed to my feet and said water, hot water. There seemed to be some confusion, but they brought out a bowl of relatively lukewarm water. Then instructed to go into the room and asked to this robe, I did so thinking perhaps my experience in Los Angeles County must be different than protocol here in Riverside County. I did as instructed, though feeling a bit uncertain what followed could only be called an interpretation of what acupressure or a massage is supposed to be, and had approximately two measured cups of oil put on my back, kind of feeling like I was being based like a turkey. It only took a few minutes, and I knew there was no knowledge of acupressure or human anatomy for all intent in purposes. And leaving they changed the rate to $60 per person instead of the original 50, he indicated tip for her tip for me, so I put $10 for each to avoid confrontation, and to get out I could sense the pressure and it wasn't the physical kind needed on my feet. I don't know if these are the only two employees, but if there are other others, it would not surprise me that they would demonstrate the same lack of knowledge as the two that overcharged and hurt us. (negative 5 star)

The only thing I didn't like was the cigarette smoke I smelt in the room from someone smoking, not a good smell when your trying to zen out. I wish that people who come in would not speak so loud, have some "spa etiquette " for you first timers, tone it down a bit. People are trying to relax. Overall it was a great massage, I would come back.

He moved so quickly throughout the massage that I couldn't relax or enjoy it. When it came time for the hot stones, there was no warning or even a simple "hot stone" before placing one directly on me, which caught me completely off guard. Then, when he was wiping the oil off, he was so rough and fast that I honestly felt like a wet dog being dried off after a bath. That is the best way I can describe it. The only part I actually enjoyed was when he worked the knots out of my traps. He did a good job with that, and I want to give him credit for it. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the massage that felt good. I still left a generous tip for my massage, but overall I left feeling very disappointed. A massage should feel relaxing and unrushed, and this was the complete opposite experience for me. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
