I never went back there. This place is very professional they make sure your covered so only your arms body and legs are exposed. They do a great job of working your muscles. if you want heavy pressure they do that well. In fact I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. The Therapist had to wake me to say she's finished. About two years ago, I even purchased 10 gift certificates totaling over $600 because I had always enjoyed my experiences. I booked a 90-minute combo massage for Sunday at 4:00 PM. Before my appointment, the front desk called and asked if I could come 30 minutes later, and I happily accommodated their request by arriving for a 4:30 PM appointment. My massage therapist, Mike, didn't actually begin my massage until around 4:40 PM and finished at 6:00 PM, so I received only about 80 minutes instead of the full 90 minutes I paid for. When I checked out, the front desk asked how my massage was. I explained that I didn't receive the full 90 minutes. Instead of apologizing or looking into it, she simply asked whether I wanted to pay by cash or credit. Even though I didn't receive the full service, I still left a 15% tip. To my surprise, the front desk then asked if I could tip more. I explained that I hadn't even received the full massage I paid for and was already tipping on the full amount. Being asked to increase my tip under those circumstances was inappropriate and honestly left me speechless. Only after I raised the issue again did she say she would check the cameras and speak with the therapist. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most wasn't just losing 10 minutes of my massage--it was the lack of accountability and the poor customer service afterward. As someone who has supported this business in the past, I expected much better. I hope management reviews what happened and improves how situations like this are handled because this experience has made me think twice about returning.
