I've been a regular customer to this place and have never had a problem, however, I had placed a order online, at 7:40, and was told it would be delivered by 8:10. The time is currently 9:05 and I still have not revived my food. I won't be ordering delivery for a while now. I recommend actually going to the place to pick up or dine in. The food is good, but it seems the delivery service is lacking. read more

Came here for dinner we ordered the cucumber shrimp, the green dragon, and California tempura sushi. It was well beyond what we expected and the price was very reasonable. We will be back read more

No concept of customer service. Since they have mediocre Chinese food and substandard Japanese food you would think they would try to keep business by getting orders correct and providing great customer service. The manager even wanted me to believe they only use one base sauce but call it different things since evidently most customers can't seem tell the difference! I will be trying all the other available restaurants within a few minutes drive hopefully at least on of them will appreciate the business and treat their customers better, this place obviously has too many customers since they don't have to try keep current ones. read more

I'm knocking this down to 2 stars because I ordered chicken lo mein and pepper steak for lunch and both dishes were flavorless. The crab rangoons were good though? read more

This place has always been great. The staff is very friendly and the food has always been delicious! I love the way they do the orange chicken here! read more

Went there not expecting much and was Amazed to find it was the best Chinese i've had in years!!!! Everything we ordered was fantastic :) will be back for sure! read more

One of the best delivery chinese take-outs around. Love their special egg foo young and sizzling rice soup. Our favorite thing to order on the menu. Deliver is fast and always hot. Not spilled or messy. Food is cooked well, but not overdone. Delivery people are friendly. read more

I've ordered from here at least three times and the food has just been subpar. It's hard to believe there's so many good reviews. The fried rice is of the worst I've eaten in a Chinese restaurant and any of their breaded chicken has a terrible texture and flavour. I'll admit I haven't had much besides rice, chicken and a few appetisers, but I'd be more than happy to buy good Chinese from somewhere else read more

Friends introduced us to this restaurant, thus far we've ordered twice and the food is pretty good. The delivery was quick, the food is fresh, and the portions are a good size. They are not overpriced by any means, and we will continue to order as they seem to be consistant. read more

I've eaten in the restaurant as well as had delivered food. I really enjoy spicy food in general. But the two dishes I've had here which were marked as spicy, WERE NOT SPICY AT ALL! Additionally, they have an app catered to their restaurant which offers you $5 off your first order. The flyer which offers this information, doesn't mention the order needs to be $20 or more to get the discount. read more

Good clean oriental food, sushi is good. Not greasy or over compensating. The people aren't extremely friendly but they are nice enough. Great for take out, wouldn't stop and eat. read more

Great food nice people. I recommend for anyone. Thier shrimp egg is awesome too. Great price.

PERFECT SCORE! Their food is outstanding. Delivery under an hour. Oriental Cafe is a weekly must-have for us. Reasonable prices too.

I've been a fan of this restaurant for several years. Always good food and never gotten an order wrong. Until the last couple of months. The last 3 orders have been wrong and didn't taste good at all. They must have changed cooks or are under new ownership. On the first wrong order I received shrimp egg foo yung when I ordered chicken. Gross. Good thing I don't have a shell fish allergy. I didn't call them, just switched with my husband. The 2nd wrong order had tons of onions in the egg foo yung and I got fried rice instead of white rice. Still didn't call and complain because it wasn't a huge deal. This week we decided to try one more time. This time my egg foo yung came with pieces of plastic in it about the size of a fingernail, which totally grossed me out until I realized it was, indeed, plastic. All through it. So bizarre. This time I called and was hung up on by the girl who could barely speak english. I called again and she put me on hold. I finally hung up after 10 min and called back. This time she said she would have to see it and acted like she didn't believe me. I had spit the food out and probably should have taken my half chewed food back up there for her to inspect but realized it wasn't worth it. Restaurants are not perfect and if the food is good, I'll give them a 2nd chance. Obviously giving them a 3rd chance was a big mistake. We had ordered several meals again on the 3rd order and all people complained that it wasn't like they used to serve and not good at all. Time to find another chinese restaurant. read more

This place has bad customer service, and their food isn't fresh. I ordered spicy tuna and they gave me old tuna. This is the first time spicy tuna has ever made me throw up. I'm literally sick to my stomach. read more

Ordered take-out and thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was ready quickly and tasted great. Will be going back.

You get what you pay for, GREAT price lunch deal ($7= soup, entree, egg roll, cookie & drink). Is it PF Changs? No.... is it $30?...no.

I've been coming here for a long time to the point where the workers know who I am. They've always been super friendly and the place always appears clean. I've never had any issue with the food. It's always prepared on time and service is always great. I won't say it's the best Asian cuisine I've ever had, hence why I give it 4 stars but, the place is definitely worth a try. I enjoy them. Also! They deliver, and quickly which is quite nice for convenience. Give them a try! I will continue to be a happy customer here. read more

I've been living in the area for 5yrs now and usually order in at this place. I like their selection and like that they have a sushi menu. I've tried just about everything and it's all been pretty good. The service is speedy and my food is always fresh and hot. The sushi is well made too. The only problem I have had is a few times they've gotten my order wrong, but I didn't think it was a big deal because it was only a few times and 3yrs a part. Also, they compensated me for those times with a free appetizer or basic sushi roll. These guys know me well because I order from them a lot, so they seem to make sure my food is excellent, which rocks! read more

Love the sushi! It is a little more expensive but sometimes you gotta pay a little more for what you want. Staff is always really awesome. This is our go-to for sushi everytime. read more

Worst deliver service ever. Has taken over two hours to deliver our food. When I call they hang up on me then make excuses as to why they hung up. Waiting on a call from the manager for a refund. read more

I ordered from Oriental Cafe tonight. For $40.00 I expect food to have flavor. My food was lukewarm by the time it was delivered to me. The Wonton soup tasted like warm water, no flavor at all. The Lo Mein was totally lacking any hint of flavor. The fried rice was flavorless and the vegetables were still very hard as if they had not been cooked at all and they were also flavorless. The spring roll was lacking in stuffing. I have ordered from this place several times and each time I have been disappointed but I kept giving them another chance to improve. They have now used up their chances. I will not be ordering from them again. read more

We ordered delivery last night and it wasn't as good as other places we usually order from. We got the Hunan Beef, Beef Lo Mein, SS Pork, and Dumplings. The pork and dumplings were the best part in this mediocre meal. The lo mein was completely underseasoned, as was the hunan beef. The hunan wasn't spicy at all. Long River does a much better job. read more

Some of the best Chinese food in the area. Super hot, fresh and fast. The chicken is actual chicken! Not flour with chicken flavored goo in the middle like some other places. It's delicious white meat. The shrimp is always generous and cooked to perfection. The sushi is fresh tasting. The rice isn't too salty and the service is always great. The only negative thing that I'd say is that the wings could be better. They're a little soggy and lack flavor but other than that, this Chinese food is amazing! I ONLY eat Chinese from here. If you're looking for a good Chinese spot, this is the one. read more

We are ever in the search for fried rice that has all the vegetables in it not as a main dish but in a meal like shrimp or chicken fried rice . Oriental cafe doesn't offer it either but for $1.50 extra put the vegetables in there for us . We had it with shrimp and it was delicious. The Won Ton soup is the best I've had in a long time. Not too greasy. We will definitely make this our regular restaurant. read more

This past week-end I made the mistake of ordering the Happy Family for my grand-son and I-absolutely the worst Happy Family I have ever ate-broccoli and carrots were both raw, and I don't mean under-cooked, but RAW!!! Certainly won't be going back there ever again read more

the worst chinese rice i ever had. i ordered the house fried rice and sushi. house fried nothing but meat and rice, a lot of it, but vegetables, egg, or anything that goes in a fried rice dish. i dislike imitation crab meat and that what my sushi roll and not what i ordered. i don't the good reviews, this is nothing will ever buy again. read more

We celebrated a birthday at the Oriental Cafe last weekend. The General Tso chicken was the best Chinese dish I've ever had. The chicken was tender, juicy, just barely crispy on the outside, and the sauce was perfectly spicy-sweet. Our friends recommended the Oriental Cafe for the sushi. The price is right - maybe even too low for the great quality of the food. The restaurant was voted best Asian food in Southeast Cobb on the Smyrna-Vinings Patch. Also, if you want to dolunch or dinner and a movie, it's the perfect place, because it's next door to the Austell 22 Theater. read more

The food is great!!! The best crab Rangoon since I lived in Florida!! The food is fresh and hot!!! I found a new Chinese Resturant!!!

I really like Oriental Café and go at least once a week. The food is very reasonably priced compared to other Chinese restaurants and includes your beverage. The food is tasty and good. The wonton soup has a good flavor and I like that they serve a spring roll with the meal, not one of those larger and crustier plain egg rolls. The amount of your entrée is large. Pleasant service. read more

one of the best LUCH chinese resturants in the south cobb area... food is always HOT and FRESH.. No two dishes taste the same and the low mien is yummy!!. cheap too :) read more

Recently gave four stars to this establishment weeks back and now I am back.. I've been coming here since it opened, until recent visit during lunch was bad experience. Lunch portion is already small as is and when I received my food, it was literally 4 pieces of chicken and bunch of veggies. On top of that, I've ordered the same dish as always numerous time and this time the flavor was wayyyyyy off!? I've never had any problem with ordering with the guy waitor, but since few visits their lady waitress doesn't speak very well english, and on top of the my appetizers are ALWAYS brought to the table AFTER I was full. It was a few times too many. I personally did not like that. And one more thing, their "table clothe" (more like vinyl) was very sticky and you can see the dirtiness(elbow scum?)within the cracks of their white topping. I find that very disgusting. It needs to be cloroxed! Sorry, you lost my business. read more
