After asking Donovan about things that weren't done he was rude, using foul language etc. Said he quit and I could get off my a** and do it myself. His wife did send an email apologizing for her employee/husband and offered a free cleaning. But we are looking for another cleaner instead and will do it ourselves in the meantime. I can't risk it not being done right since it's our business. My customers come first and when you have a business you should treat your customers with respect. This business didn't do that.
