Airbnb setup and property coordination services in addition to separate repair/project work. Unfortunately, my experience involved repeated invoice revisions, unclear labor calculations, disputed completed work items, and ongoing communication issues regarding project scope and billing transparency. Additionally, several major Airbnb setup deliverables referenced in the agreement -- including staging, listing creation, photography coordination, and final walkthrough services -- there was a complete loss of trust and I was not comfortable allowing them back into my property. While some repair work was eventually completed, the overall management and setup experience resulted in a significant breakdown in confidence and trust.
