Being conscious of my health I frequent health stores regularly. Organic Matters at Albany Creek is my local and they stock all of my favourites. Black Quinoa, Linda McCartney's Vegetarian Range, Goats Milk Soap and Organic Meats, all foods in the store are free from chemicals, preservatives and additives which can have a detrimental effect on your health. The owner of Organic Matters, Ameeta is just lovely and I found out recently that she has a wide range of skills in alternative health therapies including naturopathy, herbalism, hemaview and reiki. I will be making an appointment soon to have Hemaview done - a form of blood testing which can help identify problems with your health by examining your red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets.
