She guided me through the forms that were in Italian and even offered to let me email her a picture of my passport later on that day because I forgot it at the hotel. Eleonora emailed me confirmation she received my pas sport picture and let me know I would receive my shipping confirmation by the end of the day. Eleonora was incredibly helpful for this confused tourist. I highly recommended going to the Mail Boxes Etc on via della Moscova in Milan, Italy!
