My co-worker booked an appointment and took me along. All three of us were fit on right away for pedicures . The water was a little hot but they came over and adjusted right away. With in 5 mins our pedicures started. I asked for the second one on the list but was told it had not started yet since they just remodeled and are working on getting new services. They however off sugar scrub and wax as an add on to regular pedicure. Not hot stones at this time, but that was ok. My lady was really awesome, Kimmy really took care of us. They have only been opened back up for a few days since they started the remodel. It looks really updated. The pedicure message chairs are great. Really gives you a full message (butt, shoulders, whole back) not like most where it is only upper and lower back. We walked in and said we had an appointment for 4 ppl and they didn't seem to know about it. Then there was the smell. You could smell the acetone outside but when you walk in your slapped in the face and it's so strong that we all had to leave. It was overpowering. read more

loved my pedicure today. the Lady that was helping did an amazing job!! thank you...there was a manicure also. that experience was not so great....there is still dirt under the nails ...... it would of been nice if the owner person doing the manicure would of complete the process correctly. there was no clear coat place, minimal cleaning... .Just plain bad. makes me sad because we would like to spend our money locally ...... read more

Not only was it a poor attempt at a pedicure, we were charged extra for the polish we chose after it was recommended by someone working there without telling us it would cost $10 more. The lady has no personality and always seems mad. She rushes on your nails and does a poor job. The salon is so dirty and they don't sanitize pedicure bowls or wipe down nail stations between customers. I'm surprised they haven't received health department violations yet. read more

Stay FAR away from here. Went in for nude to black OMBRE nails. The first pic was the reference photo that I showed BOTH of the nail techs. It is seamlessly blended as it should be. The second and third photo show what I walked out of the salon with. Absolutely horrendous. The colors aren't even blended?! There are brush strokes everywhere and they cost me 70 dollars! Ridiculous and terrible quality. OH and my nails all slant upward! Just look at my photos. Had pedicure and acrylic fill. Their prices are about the same as most other salons I have been to. The husband and wife team are really nice. The wife did my pedicure and she did a nice job but I wish it lasted a little longer. The husband did my nails perfectly! I will definitely go back for my next pedicure and fill. read more

I'm local and this is pretty much the only place to go for nails! I've been coming here for almost 2 years and I've had good experience only! They do my nails as requested and they do a good job. As I'm reading these reviews, I can't say "oh that's a lie" because you do get those vibes when you're in there. The place isn't clean and I've never seen them sanitize the station after a client. To be honest, I still go there hoping I don't get an infection. It's either that or drive hours to get nails done. The guy that works there has so much experience, so he knows what he's doing and he is quick! The lady.... No comment! So, you choose whether you want to try them out or not. As a visitor and first timer here, let me first say...the service here was AMAZING!! The nail tech gave me a fill and fixed a broken nail of mine from a 5 week old set from California. Let me tell you .. he is the epitome of perfection.. he was able to match a completely different set of nail tips I had to the ones he had in his shop and that is so hard! And highly appreciated! His wife is equally AMAZING with pedicures!! I wish I would've taken a picture of her quality of work. She was gentle, quick, proficient and equally perfect! My nails and toes looked so cute and better than the $130 I pay back home (no kidding). I would highly recommend this place. On a side note I appreciate the way they treat our elders. I asked if my mom could get a pedicure as she waited for me to finish with my nail fill. They said yes. This was my moms first pedi as a diabetic and she can't wait to do it again. Plus she couldn't get enough of the massaging chairs.. She was hesitant for the last 60 years but she's happy she came here for her first pedi experience. I wish I had a picture of her before too but she always wears tennis shoes. I want to add that in my conversation with the owner/husband that I learned they visit the convalescent center to take care of the elders by cutting their toe nails when they can. this place does decent acrylics, but the wash station is very unsanitary. I developed fingernail fungus that lasted a year, a couple years ago. i haven't gone back. you're better of painting your own nails, or buying an acrylic set on amazon. read more

Absolutely horrendous experience. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 a week prior. Didn't get seated till 5 after they seated a walk in. On top of that I wanted a v French tip the lady was trying to tell me it was going to be 90 for a short length when sets start off at 50. The lady then refused to do the design and ordered me to go talk to the man that works there. The man at first seemed really nice he was only going to charge me 80 for the nails. However, as soon as I sat down in the chair and he started filling his actions towards my nails became aggressive. I would say ow and I would move away slightly and his actions didn't change. I ended up leaving the a calling with 70% of my cuticles bruised and still playing full price. The service is terrible. Please be cautious when coming here. read more

I went in for a pedicure. The technicians were not very friendly. After sitting in the massage chair the woman literally just had me dip my feet to get them wet and then started working on them, so I didn't get to have a foot soak. The pedicure only lasted 10 min. She filed 4 nails and trimmed cuticles around 3 nails, quickly removed dead skin on my heels and did a quick massage on my legs then started painting. The charge was $28. Absolutely horrible. They're so forceful it hurts. I got artificial nails. To start, they didn't even cover my natural nail fully. Then when adding nail polish they only covered the fake nail. I asked for natural shape, and ended up with weird, mishaped, oblong nails that look anything but naturally shaped. I went in for a full set was charged $60 for a horrible job. The person doing my nails was very rough, cut me more than once. They allowed a drunk women to go in while still drinking and get her nails done. I waited about half an hour for someone just to paint them because they were busy doing the drunk lady's nails. Living in a small town really limits your options. I work with a lot of women and they warned me about going into this nail salon but I desperately needed my nails done so I decided to give them a chance. I walked in at 450 and they greeted me right away, they said there would be a 30 minute wait for gel nail color. Not a manicure, just the gel color. ( a gel manicure is $35, sorry that is WAY too much! In Los Angeles or in other cities in Washington the MOST I have ever paid for for a gel manicure is $25 ) anyways I told them I would come back in 30 minutes since I had other things to do. 30 minutes later I come back and wait 5 minutes before being acknowledged. A lady comes over sits me down on a table and let's my nails soak in acetone (I had gel polish from my previous manicure) while she finishes another manicure. She starts and gets the gel off and KINDA files my nails. Then she asks me what color, I hadn't even seen the paler. So she brings it over, I had all of 3 minutes to pick. She did the color and it was OK at best. The nail polish was streaky and on my skin, my nails looked crooked. So i pointed these mistakes out to the lady and she seemed hesitant to change all the mistakes I pointed but she did. Anyways I put a picture of the end result, you tell me if its worth 25 dollars. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the lady was SUPER sweet and made conversation and ended up offering fixing the mistakes another day if I still didn't like my nails. I might go back today but I don't know. They seem to be rushing you out the door. I only wish they had better work ethics and not have the customer tell them how to do nails better. read more

After reading all the negative reviews I felt I should give my review, which is positive. I get my nails redone every three to four weeks and I have had excellent work done. Occasionally I have a pedicure. I feel having this salon in this community is great. If there are so many who feel so disgruntled with this place I wonder why it is so busy....all the time. I've always had great luck getting in as a walk-in with a wait of less than an hour. The pictures I saw of those that disliked their nails is nothing like the work I leave with. Visited salon today for a pedicure. I was welcomed and quickly assigned a chair with nice warm water for my feet. The pedicure stared as one always does, except mine ended before it began. After a short foot soak, the gal filed most of, but not all of the toe nails and then began to use lotion on my legs and quickly ran it across the bottom of my toes to mid foot. No hands, or tools ever touched my heels. I happened to time this event since I had my cell phone ... 10 minutes. When I declined having any additional services I became not lucrative and the show was over. After the short 3-5 minute lotion distribution, the gal stood up and left to start another clients hand nails. I thought she would return, but never did. After 20 minutes of neglect, I pulled on my boots and went to the front of the salon. She quickly came to me $28. Really, I asked for this was truly the worst experience. She truly wanted her $2 tip since I handed her $30, but I thought, no, I was treated poorly. read more

They should have no stars. Horrific experience!!!! Went in for a fill and they failed to fill to my cuticle. When I questioned this, they blamed it on the polish. He sent me away twice with wet nails. He had to fix my nails after I paid, screwed them up again and then asked if I had time to come back. On New Years Eve. At 4pm and they closed at 5pm according to the man that answered the phone at 4:03pm when I called to complain. The quality is terrible. No one takes pride in their work, they just hand you off to who ever is available next. $30 bucks for a fill and single color polish with a little glitter on the tips?!?? I pay that for a full set in Spokane, and those are put on by people who actual care if you walk out happy. I will never return!! Went in for false nail application for my wedding. I felt like I was an intrusion. My nails were not cleaned nor were my cuticles attended to before the lady asked me what shape I wanted. Since I had not had nails before this, I wasn't sure. She started attaching the false nails before I could let her know that I wanted the French white tips. They were not filed to the shape I wanted and then I was passed off to a different lady who was much nicer. She reshaped my nails and waited patiently for me to pick a nail color as I had originally just wanted the white tips and clear polish.
