These people are completely incompetent and lacking professionalism. I have not gone here without having at least a 20 to 30 minute wait and literally half the time, after they have told us the Rx is ready to pick up, they either inform us that it isn't ready, or they don't even have the prescription in stock that is scheduled for refills every 4 weeks. Extremely irresponsible and I would never go back if our clients Medicaid coverage would allow for a different pharmacy to fill these (they used to and then changed the rules).

It was busy when we came plus all the open bays were filled with cars and and the employees were helping everyone and the lines were quickly being emptied. When and employee had the chance to come and asked us what we needed he apologized for the wait. My friend who was driving explained what happened and said they would have gone home to fix the problem but it far away and didn't want to change going home and have the tire fall off and ruined the car and or others. The employee was able to quickly fix the tire and we were on our way. We appreciated the work he did and also aloud my friend to Double check the tires. Afterwards we parked out front in the handicap parking area. I took a buggy inside and told the first greeter employee that the buggy needed charging. They thanked us, and continued working on what they were doing. We each had to use the restroom. The woman's was smelling fresh and all the stalls were clean and fresh looking. I used the bigger stall. I saw there was a bag hook behind the door. I needed to bring my bag to the toilet and when I wanted to hang it up there was no hook it up. It made it very awkward and not very accessible for me to use the toilet. I couldn't walk to the stall door to hang it. This is the only thing that could have made my visit more comfortable while using the toilet. We were done and on our way out the greeter said thank you for visiting and have a wonderful rest of the day.

Sadly this is the last standing Hallmark store in town and we had to track them down for a specific figurine my grandma was tirelessly searching for. Luckily for us we were already going to be in Twin Falls for a much needed visit with family so the 2 hour drive was well justified. The clerks in this place were top notch, they saved the two figurines she needed in the back and gladly brought them out when grams came a-callin'. Very impressed with how nice they are and they treated my grams how I usually treat her, always a plus with me! They didn't have any fridge magnets but I later found what I was looking for when we finally got to Shoshone Falls. So yesterday, after not hearing anything regarding a reminder about his 2nd dose, we dropped in to see if he was able to get the dose. Apparently not. We were told that the vaccines were only given on clinic days, which makes total sense. When I asked when the next clinic day was scheduled, I was told "I don't know". They took our information and said that they would pass it along to the woman who does the clinic scheduling and that she would call me. That doesn't exactly give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. How do you not plan ahead for the 2nd dose clinics when scheduling the clinics for the 1st dose? And yes, while I understand that there is roughly a 3-week window where the administration of the 2nd dose can be given without compromising its effectiveness, I shouldn't have to spend the next 3 weeks wondering if the pharmacy will call with the next date or if I should look around for another location willing and able to give my kids their 2nd doses. This is just extremely poor planning.
