Being the fact that Dr. Key is a Doctor I had assumed she is well aware that if you have any kind of symptom of Covid you should cancel an appt and take precautions. I had canceled two appointments recently within a week and a half with Dr. Key. Not only did her receptionist call and ask to pay 50% of my scheduled services that I was getting (despite not getting the services) but also to mention they have a 24 hour no show/cancelation policy. So even though you are ill, she will charge no matter if there is a Covid pandemic currently. The Dr. texted me, not called because that's how professional she is. She told me she could have had a better paying client replaced for my cancelled appt and that she charged me less and that I got a deal for my previous services. I am happy to pay for a service I have booked and I have never asked for a discount. The Dr. made me feel that her priority is money before her patient's well-being. The Dr. humiliated me and put me down as if her time and money is more valuable than mine but then she had the audacity to tell me that I had to follow her clinics rules (24 hour policy), not the CDC nor the Colorado Department of Public & Health rules & regulations. In fact she even mentioned to me at my previous appointment that she didn't care if I wore a mask inside her clinic because she was vaccinated. In the 2 years this was the 2nd time I had re-scheduled an appointment. It is sad that she thinks people are just at her disposal and her patients are not in her best interest. Don't waste your time and health at this clinic.

Well, so far you guys haven't done much for me. I had three issues I needed to talk to the doctor…read moreabout; as soon as I got into the room, the nurse told me my time would be limited, and for this reason, out of the three issues I wanted to speak to the doctor about, I would need to choose two conditions I wanted addressed, and for the third, I would need to schedule another appointment. I asked why wouldn't I be allowed to talk about all three, and she told me their office schedules appointments for only ten minutes. I told her that wouldn't be the case today. I told the nurse that all three of my conditions were pressing, and needed to be addressed by the doctor. I informed the nurse that the clinic had originally canceled my first appointment and forced to reschedule, pushing my visit with the doctor for two weeks down the road. That was a problem for me; so, by limiting the amount of time I would be able to spend with the doctor, essentially, they would be furthering the delay of treatment I needed to receive. I told the nurse this was not advisable, and I would appreciate if they made the effort to conduct a thorough initial consultation. The nurse left, came back in with the physician's assistant, who proceeded to waste time defending their office policy of keeping their client's appointment time strict to the ten minute rule. He suggested it would be in my best interest to choose two of my concerns I wanted him to look at and then, before I leave, make another appointment for the issue I needed addressed. I was shocked he doubled-down on the assembly line patient policy despite my objection. This isn't a good business model; for the patient, the process begins feeling unsatisfied and usually ends with a level of resentment. The sense of a disconnect is very much a reality, matched only by their demonstration of a fleeting-concern. I spoke about the first issue I wanted addressed, for which he prescribed two solutions, neither of the two I received a thorough explanation as to how/why these two prescriptions work together, or for the fact that they work at all. The second issue required an intimate examination, after which he neglected to put into words to offer an explanation as to what he observed. After the examination, he issued me a referral to an outside specialist, who which I still do not have a confirmed appointment time, and this is two weeks out from my initial consultation. Five years prior to today's visit I was referred to this same office concerning a separate issue. At the time I would have rated the experience [5 Stars], today, I leave disappointed and regrettably, the highest I can rate this office visit is [2 Stars], at best.
