Prices of gasoline are cheaper in San Bernardino so I thought I would gas up while I'm in the area. Credit card price is $0.10 than the cash price, which is typical. I was somewhat surprised by the number of pumps that are out of service considering it only has 12 pumps total. I suppose it was no surprise when the receipt dispenser was working on my pump. Not sure that was intentional or not. Cheap gas was the main thing to me after all. read more

The first thing I noticed is that nothing had prices on it. Grabbed a Red Bull and when I went to pay it was double what it cost at other gas stations. You would think that with premium pricing comes premium service, you'd be wrong. First and last time I stop here for gas or snacks. They also have what looks like another vender that sells hot food and in all fairness I can't include them in this review because I didn't I sit their establishment. read more

Never use the carwash at the Shell Station on the corner of Orange Show and Waterman. I went on my lunch to fuel up and wash my brand new car and mid-way through the wash with soap still on my car I feel a jolt as if I were hit from behind. The rear wash bar rammed into the back of my vehicle then the whole wash shut down. I go to ask the clerk what wrong with their wash and he says oh go around and go back through we just restarted it and then asks me if everything else is okay. So I go out to check my rear and find this deep dent! I ask them what they are going to do about it and they said there is a sign on the wash saying they are not responsible for damage and just shrug. I actually had to ask for my $8 back. read more

So disappointed with this business I shop and get gas at shells all the time and have never seen a more disgusting store store in my life the counters were filthy to get coffee is a fee it looks like it has not been cleaned for week's bathroom even more disgusting note is more disgusting no toilet paper no paper towels no soap very unhygienic I am very disappointed with this shell location and I will not use this location store is location store gas place ever. The chicken holds up the line. If someone is ordering chicken, they make people wait. They'll have 4 cashiers behind the counter and only 1 register open. The customer service has really gone down hill. I've been a customer for over 6 years and now days it seems they always have new people in there. Rude as hell! I had purchased a car wash with my fuel, I got to the car wash & code wasn't working, I called from my car, was told to back up my truck and come back in. When I asked if someone could come out to assist me, I was told " I can tell you right now, no one will come out there". Guys name was Josie. After attempting to reverse my truck a girl came out and helped me. I suggest they train their employees customer service and not to be rude to PAYING customers. I'd rather drive further to AMPM then deal with these guys. read more

Chicken is excellent for being gas station chicken. Crazy taco, hands down the best, fresh, Mexican food around. Made fresh, and plenty of meat. I suggest the garbage burrito. It will feed two. Service is a bit slow during their busy hour. They need another clerk during those times they have to serve the food. Over all, food is the best for a gas station. read more

Don't bother going inside to pay with cash. You'll end up standing in line for 10 minutes because all of their employees stand around doing nothing while one man has to shuck chicken and do food orders instead of just taking cash for gas. read more

I never had a issue here till today worst fucken customer service from stupid cashiers who talk over there boss. There boss was trying to help us out and the dumb cashier who was acting like she owned the place getting loud over my mother and me. This location should receive zero stars as their customer service and approach to customers dissatisfaction was apparently no where to be found!! The manager Diane spoke to me like I was a stupid idiot who didn't know how to use the rewards process and was arguing back and forth saying that I am putting the wrong information when their system wasn't even providing the information. She kept wanting to charge me without giving me the rewards discount because she didn't know how to handle the transaction but instead of listening to me, she just kept arguing and yelling and making me feel like an idiot!! I've used Shell many times at different locations and use my rewards hassle-free every goddamn time and this so-called manager wants to be-little me in front of other customers and have me go from register to register because SHE didn't know how to handle the transaction?! And also couldn't acknowledge that she didn't know how to do the transaction properly!!! We will definitely be following up with corporate and the store owner because this Diane person should not be manager or employee whatsoever!!! read more

I recently started going here for gas since I moved in to the area. I usually go in the day time, customer service is always great very welcoming and very polite. The store is very updated and very clean. I don't know if this is normal practice for them but the only thing I would say to change is shift changing. I went to get gas around 9:45 - 9:55pm and I walked up together with another lady to the door for gas. We were greeted by a worker and she told the women in front of me we were close. The woman asked why and the worker told both of us there is a shift change. Both myself and the other woman looked at each other with a surprise look on our face as to why the whole store needed to be close because someone was changing shift. I was very surprise and walked back to my car and watched as many customers were being turned away for the same reason. I don't know if it's normal but jus in case go before or after the time I posted when it's not their shift change. read more

SEE PHOTO BELOW! 9/19/15.,....102 degrees.... Infamt and pet in the car. I decided to use the nasty car wash. My selection cost $7. I inserted a $5 dollar bill. Then I tried to i many $1 bills but ALL were REJECTED! I attempted to insert quarters....want to guess? They were rejected too. The "help" button was missing AND i was blocked in from behind by another car. All I could do was to deposit another $5 dollar bill. NO surprise here....it was accepted B U T I did NOT receive the $10 wash! Once through the wash process, I found a shady parking spot and went in to explain my problem. The very RUDE clerk tod me "it says exact change only" i asked where that was. Again, she was nasty and "challenged" me to go with her to look. Uhhhhhh, I could see that I was dealing with someone of a very different calibre than one would expect in a business setting sooooooo, I declined but did go back to look at the nasty, scratched, paint peeling, broken machine. The REASON I didnt see the "exact amount" messages was because the display was covered with dirt....no surprise again! Broken, dirty machine....broken and dirty attitude of staff........broken, dirty impression of SHELL ...... Uhhhhhh, I will do my utmost to spread the word and stay the heck away from SHELL from now on!!!!! read more

But with a name like that, you expect your head to be shook by the crunch as you chew...It has a nice level of seasoning, though. Overall, the chicken's nice, juicy, fresh.
