Sketchy pumps. Screens go blank after CC. Unhelpful staff. Went elsewhere for gas.

If you're expecting to get anything other than gas here, forget about it. For starters, I feel bad for the bottom of my shoes. Honestly, I think the ground by the pumps is leaner than the floors inside the building. This theme carries on throughout the place, including the restrooms. I know this place isn't a hospital, but c'mon, a mopping every once in a while wouldn't hurt. Lastly, I'm glad the Slurpee machine's are always out of order because I'd hate to imagine what the inside might look like. read more

Went to this arco cashier looked like he was high told him how much and what pump after I finished pumping security guard came out and aggressively accused me of stealing someone else's gas after seeing me exit the store there were several other people at pumps but I was singled out I don't know what they got going on but it's just plain disrespectful and unprofessional read more

I seriously hate this place. The staff is descent, the prices are good. But two of the main problem which I have are: 1. The panhandling. It happens every time I'm there, and whomever is in charge of this place doesn't seem to do anything about it. 2. The carwash won't take your credit card. You have to go and get the number from the cashier, which brings me back to problem #1 where you have to run into panhandlers to wash your car. I'm hoping that eventually they do something about the panhandling problem and turn this place around. read more

I don't like this gas station particularly due to the high volume of homeless people that seem to flock around the mini mart. Sometimes then asking for money as I'm in a hurry and getting gas is a bit uncomfortable. As their prices aren't the best and they have loiterers constantly outside their business I'd prefer to go elsewhere for gas. read more

Sketchiest AMPM/ARCO that I've ever been to! Do not come here after sunset... seriously. In fact... Don't come here at all. When I had to come here at night, I felt really uncomfortable. It is poorly lit outside, and very dirty in general. I wished that I had been able to go to somewhere where I didn't feel like I had to run in and run out. The next day, my mom stopped by for gas. The cashier was slow, confused, and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Among other things, she gave my mom the wrong change, and put the gas on the wrong pump number. The employees in general are just really rude, and not helpful. Avoid, avoid, avoid! read more

Slum, filthy, graffiti, burned out, uninterested employees. First pump would not read cards and had fuzzy screen; employees say it works fine, just come inside (and wait in line). Second pump runs 10 times slower than normal (got 15 minutes to waste). Does not print receipt; employees say, that's OK, just come inside (and wait in line). read more

I am filing a law suit against this Arco . I also contacted the Better Buissness B. San Bernardino city. I made a police report and I also called the police. I dont know who owns your franchise but they will be in court with me very soon. Long story short, their gas pumps never work. Read the comments below. This morning at 6:50am their gas pump blew up on me squirted gas all over my car, shoes, clothes and floor. Seriously shady at night.. they have a security guard but still I don't think he would stop a guy from robbing you. Maybe I should start heading to the other side of the freeway to get gas. The inside is clean but a fee of 35 cents for a debt transaction will most likely keep you from buying here regularly. read more

My complain about this place was the people who works there let others come and ask for money. I am generous to do that but couple days a go was the same woman last year ask me for gas money. I told the worker they should do something so I specifically talk to this individual saying to stop harassing me and the worker did not say anything. I never will be back to this place read more

Only thing good about this place is cheap gas. Pumps never work. ALWAYS have to go in to get receipt. Why don't they put a sign up that tells people that the receipt printer doesn't work. Rude people. They barely speak English. All they'll say is "oh I'm sorry". Over charge to use the ATM. Prices aren't right. Can't purchase car wash at the pump. I don't recommend using your card at the pump, homeless hang out, you don't know if someone has scam thing attached to the card reader. Car wash sucks. Spots are left on my windows. read more

This place sucks every time I go to get gas here their pumps NEVER work. Then have a line outside the door waiting to be serviced, while cashier is sitting laughing and not doing anything with a customer....just awful. I will try to stay very far away from this place. This is close to me so I get gas here when I'm too lazy to go to costco. I'm glad the station is well lit at night.

This place is horrible unfortunately i went through the car wash which first off didn't have any soap nor did there dryer work right. So after i was able to see the damage i noticed scratches on the trunk and hood from there brushes and mops that are used inside to wash your car. When i called i had to meet the manager at her convince then after she took pictures her supervisor said they weren't liable well first off tjey should not only refund for the water bath my car got but the cost of the detail it needs from all the water spots and scratches. Horrible customer service do not go to this gas station they rip you off and treat you like crap.. this site makes you leave a star to post but they dont give you a negative option so the one star is wrong. read more

Beware! Gas quoted on sign is 10 cents lower than charged! You have to sign up for the $9 wash AND then go inside, stand in line, apply for your refund of the 10 cents extra you paid at the pump... read more

overall service is good. the workers treat you nice and i get in and out very quickly. but what i dont like it the price of gas. it says one price and charges you another. in order to get the lower price i need to buy a car wash. what a let down... read more
