Georges came out and inspected my house for termites. When he got here, he inspected the area…read morewhere I had discovered termite swarmers, grabbed his ladder and headed to my attic without hesitation. I mentioned that I'd recently heard noises in my attic before he cracked the entry cover. He proceeded to climb all around the attic space and gave it all a very thorough look, including the area where the noise was coming from. In the end, he found no damage. He asked me about the age of the roof and assessed that what I was seeing were ocassional dead termites from before my roof replacement 3 yrs ago that were simply coming through the lighting fixture, likely due to the wind. He provided me with some names of other pest managements that do termite tenting if I wanted peace of mind. He inspected around the outside base of the home for subterranean termites and found nothing. He even walked around the house with me and gave me some recommendations for closing up loose soffets and small openings. The cost for his time, expert opinions, and recommendations? Nothing. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and that's not common these days. I hope to not have a reason to ever call him back, but I definitely will if I need to and so should you.

We were having a Carpenter ant issue and a few other issues. We were told they would come out…read moremonthly. Nope, they come out quarterly unless you call for service. Quarterly would be fine had they solved the issue first. This last visit by Adam was awful. He spent a whole 5 minutes in my home did not pick up old traps or put new o es out as requested. He lazily sprayed parts of the front yard, which wasn't the area of concern. He never went on the side of the house or backyard to.spray the issue area. When I put in a call to the office is when he got mad. He yelled at my elderly dad who was trying to ask him questions about service, he threw up his hands and sped off. All of this was caught on our ring cameras inside and out. The office called me back and tried deny the truth and I assured her that I have the proof. I canceled and suggest that you find another company for your pest issues.
