Their service was very genuine and friendly, and the drop off was hassle free and super convenient, loved that they had a hut as it was raining when I left, and the valet service is great, as well as the free shuttle service. The pick up was also super easy. I actually couldn't find the shuttle (because of my own poor directions to the dispatcher), but she called me back and was communicating with the driver until they found me and got me back to my car super fast. My car was as I left it and I never had any concerns during my trip.

The behavior demonstrated by the manager at the Fort Lauderdale facility fell far below those expectations and reflected poorly on the Park 'N Go brand. The issue was not remedy I am still waiting for a response.

Also, most parking spots are for compact cars so it can really be a tight squeeze and risky for someone not to hit your car with their car door, etc. Also, on one of the sides of the garage, they have a yellow line that they will ticket you if your car crosses it. Most people just park there anyways but I am always too scared to risk it. There's stairs to bring you down/outside and an elevator as well to bring you up/down.
