Ever since I moved to Maginhawa, I have settle with the laundry shop right in front of my house…read more They do a great job of taking care of my clothes, but since they are a commercial laundry and dry cleaning service, and they go through a ton of dirty laundry every day, I am still pretty uncomfortable about the fact that they wash my clothes in the same machines that they have washed other clothes with - not that I'm fussy or "maarte", but I'd rather enjoy my clothes that haven't gone through the dirt and the bacteria of other people. I decided to give Quicklean a try because i saw a friend coming out of there, and she told me that they end up saving a lot of money with the DIY laundry service. The shop operates pretty much just like the coin-operated laundromats that we see in the movies. If you have time to wash your own laundry, do it here because the place is very convenient. The bulk washing machines are quite huge, and you pay for each machine that you use, unlike other shops wherein you pay per kilo. So you do end up saving money because you can cram quite a lot of clothes into each washing machine. You can bring your own detergent, bleach and fabric softener, or you can buy it from there. After washing, you pop your clothes into the dryer and wait until they come out wrinkle-free, after which you proceed to the folding tables to fold your own laundry. Though everything else is spotless and clean, and the music that they play is great, the airconditioning just couldn't handle the heat from the dryers. I was sweating the entire time I was there. However, they also have fast WiFi and I sat down there with my computer waiting for my clothes to finish running through the wash and dry cycles. I think i just have to figure out how to wash efficiently so that I make the most out of each machine, but I'll definitely be back.

The thing with doing laundry is that it never ends. It. Never. Freaking. Ends. (Unless you're ok…read morewith dirty and smelly clothes.) Enter Quicklean. It's a laundromat, plain and simple. Huge, industrial-strength washing machines and dryers are there for your disposal. PROS: convenient and easy - load your clothes in the machine, start it up, wait, unload. Repeat steps for drying. Fold; cheaper than having your laundry done. My laundry bills got from 500 to 250 a week after going here; REALLY helpful staff; you could buy your detergent and fabric softener there; WiFi; really clean; near a lot of restaurants CONS: may confuse you if you're a noob (ask and help shall be given!); lugging your dirty clothes towards Quicklean is a task on itself; you're in charge of your own stuff, so keep your eyes on it. (I didn't and that's how I lost my phone *cries*); air conditioner sometimes acts up and it gets too warm on some spots. TL;DR: Don't have your own washer and dryer? Do your own laundry here and be an actual adult. Pro-tip: For a big load, it's cheaper to use one dryer with a longer set time than two machines.

Hahaha! Metropole Laundry & Dry Cleaners is the best laundry (so far) naming family! Ito yung services offered: Wash-Dry-Fold, Wash-Dry-Press, Comforter Cleaning, Household item Cleaning (curtains, seat covers, etc.) and yung Dry-Cleaning! Never pa silang na-late ng laba (may time na ahead of schedule pa namin nakuha yung mga damit) kaya good shot sila sa amin! Yoonnn, panalo! Allowed din yung customers na panuorin yung cleaning process para makita mo na hygienic yung procedures nila. Tip: Alamin mo yung Discount Programs nila para makatipid ka girl! (Special pricing for single customers every Wednesday or may free pa-laba ka when you reach yung certain number of visits at marami pang iba!) Yung pinaka-kabog sa lahat? Tinatry nilang makabisado yung name mo talaga. Pagbalik mo babatiin ka nila ng "Hi po Dyosa!" CHOZ SA DYOSA HAHAHA at sobrang bait at daling kausap ng staff sa branch dito. As in! Wala akong marereklamo talaga!!!

Tried this Laundry shop for a couple of our pants. Went to…read morethem last Monday(March 13) at around late afternoon, told our helper to comeback the next day. Our helper went back at around 3pm the next day to pick the clothes up, and still the clothes are not washed, still on the basket and asked our helper to go back at 6pm. Ofcourse our helper couldn't just go back anytime they wanted her to come back because she has other responsibilities but she was able to comeback the next day at 5:50pm(March 15). The staff was rude to her and asked her in a very rude way why didn't she came back yesterday at their time. I really don't care about the quality of their service but since she is just a house helper, your staff can be rude to her? I DO NOT recommend them, try other laundry services near the area.
