The staff here was very friendly and helpful. A bunch of young ladies, very informed about all they needed to know to get plans sold and working, pronto, on your foreign mobile phone. CASH ONLY!!!!! CASH ONLY!!!!! CASH ONLY!!!!! It was unusual to me to be told we had to pay for a 20€ International Cell Plan in cash, but that's what happened. I saw a c-card machine sitting on a desk, so IDK why we were told this? If there was a minimum purchase, it wasn't explained. This "cash only" news was a trend at many places in Spain, and while I realize they have higher taxes on c-card purchases, it would be more honest to post your policy on the door or at the register. As much as the ladies here were sweet and helpful, and deserve 5 stars, I have to follow my rule of taking a star off for stores that don't take c-cards.
