Nous vous proposons une cuisine traditionnelle et inventive, avec chaque jour, un plat donc du jour(avec viande) ou une assiette de saison (sans viande) et une petite carte fonction du vent. Les légumes, fromages et viandes précités sont de saison, du coin pour l'essentiel, en agriculture biologique souvent. Les vins sont natures, comprendre du raisin fermenté avec le moins possible d'adjonction de sulfites et autres joyeusetés. Les bières sont artisanales, ardéchoises ou presque. Les jus de fruits et sirops nous rappellent les vergers de là et d'ici. Les boissons exotiques (café, chocolat, thés) sont issus du commerce équitable avec le pérou ou l'inde. We took a chance. The menu is simple, salads to begin with (macaroni and goats cheese at our table). Steaks and burgers for mains. The service was very good. The food was very ordinary. The salad was passable, nothing special. The steak was probably cooked the day before it was served and reheated. It was served with oven chips and sauces out of packets. The Rosé was tasteless and watery. The red was from the fridge. Going back to the service, the waitress was lovely and whilst she did not speak English, was very attentive. I wouldn't go back to this restaurant. If you're travelling with a family (I was not) it is quite good value, but certainly not a high standard.
