I initially underwent breast augmentation in 2021. Shortly after surgery, both implants bottomed out significantly and sat unnaturally low on my torso. I was told this would be corrected with an internal repair using sutures, and I diligently followed every post-operative instruction, including wearing support garments and taping for months. Unfortunately, the revision did not resolve the issue. One breast continued to bottom out while the other appeared uneven and as though little correction had been made. Rather than addressing the underlying cause, I was advised to increase my implant size, and at no point was a breast lift discussed as a potential solution. After a third surgery utilizing internal mesh, I was left with uneven breasts, significant scar tissue, and ongoing complications. Multiple plastic surgeons I consulted afterward expressed concerns regarding the outcome and informed me that I now have issues including capsular contracture and substantial scar tissue formation. What has been most disappointing is not only the surgical outcome but the lack of accountability throughout the process. I invested thousands of dollars, endured multiple surgeries, recoveries, emotional distress, and years of hoping for a result that was never achieved. This experience has had a significant impact on my confidence, mental well-being, and trust in the cosmetic surgery process. I encourage anyone considering surgery to thoroughly research their options, seek multiple consultations, and ensure they fully understand all available treatment approaches before moving forward. Simplicity wanted to charge me the $199 cancellation fee for the one area and continue to bill be for the other two areas. Cancelling the Brazilian would've changed my bill by a few dollars and I still had until August 2026 (A year from now) until my sessions are complete. I won't allow them to keep getting my money after charging me the full cancellation fee for ONE area of three. I don't recommend Simplicity due to their policy and not because of the employees necessarily.

I have almost no hair returning on my lower legs. Still very happy with the technicians I have seen (only 2). They make the experience very comfortable and are easy to talk to. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. Appointments are always on time and sometimes even early if I am early to my appointment. I have loved my experience so much that I decided to add underarm and upper legs to my package starting at my next appointment. So far, 10/10 recommend.
