Sandra works at Sutter and seems very knowledgeable. She is familiar with the complicated Genova Lab requirements, so I had confidence with her service. I lost a piece of the Styrofoam packaging that had to be replaced, and she knew that the requirement to freeze one vial required dry ice so it would freeze in time for FedEx to be able to overnight it. Thank you so much for your help, Sandra!

There was no medical necessity whatsoever with sharing this type of information other than self serving gossip.Another very big issue is the making of medical opinions that are not based in fact, opinions made without having reviewed pertinent medical and dental documentation on my past medical and dental situation. While the office staff seemed professional enough, the professional ethics of Dr. Morarasu leave one to question what kind of doctor would share confidential information so readily.Steve in Westport, California

Now that I'm pregnant I am obliged to getting lab work done. I've gone twice, the very first time, I was so in shock that the nurse had finished taking my blood I didn't even notice. The second time I went I got the same nurse/phlebotomist (Pricila) same experience super friendly, kept me entertained, was quick and gentle with getting my blood lab work completed. No bruising either. I will never go to the pavilion at Adventist Health again as it's never been a good experience. Pricila at Mendocino Radiology is a caring Star! I told my parents to visit her here as she's bilingual. This was saved in my drafts! But i still wanted to post, I hope she's still there, my last visit was six months ago.

I could have been reached before I left home to save two hours of driving. Stuff breaks sometimes. What bothered me most was the perfunctory and insincere apology from someone who didn't introduce themselves or explain who they were. I was handled. Ticked off the person's to-do list. They're busy, I get it. Its a hospital, and they've got sick people to care for. But it wouldn't have taken much to show some care or respect and keep me from going next to a private radiology center for my MRI. Without a lot of imagination, some token gesture would have been appreciated. Its a small community and things are personal here.

Was told that the do not take Aetna, but did take Medicare. I made the appointment and drove 1.5 hours to the appointment from Mendocino. Upon arrival, I gave my insurance cards to the receptionist and within 5 minutes was told that they do not take Aetna. I told them, I understand and was told that they took Medicare, hence I made an appointment. Now I'm. Wong told that they will not take the insurance and I will have to pay out of pocket which could be anywhere from 150-450 for the visit I'm on a fixed income and on social security, don't have that kind of money to just pay out of pocket not to mention the smug attitude towards me. Needless to say, I left in tears. I have a serious condition leading to possible sepsis on my skin and needed evaluation immediately. I went back to my ENT for treatment of antibiotics. Here is the deal, the front desk is a very important aspect of any business. Because of their attitude towards me and false information given by phone, I will never recommend this office to anyone, regardless of the doctors abilities!!
