Both me and my husband bought our newest pairs at this Costco Opti Club in 2018. Both of our glasses, from different companies, had the hinges break completely. For both of us, Opti Club told us our glasses were not repairable. I have bought glasses on Clearly Contacts, family businesses, and Optic Laurier. But I have never experienced such terrible product quality. The teller helping me was also very rude. She seemed to find my existence an inconvenience. I strongly recommend NOT using this, or any Opti Club.

This was a very painful experience as I was recommended to him by a patient. He was telling about my eye issues, very worrisome diagnostic and did not even look me in the face but kept writing. I had no room to ask question as when I did, he told me to WAIT I'M NOT FINISHED TALKING. I must have hit this guy on a bad day as people told me he was very nice. I cancelled the rest of my tests and will go to someone else who can take the time to look at me and explain.
