Sachin was assigned physiotherapist for my first visit. He understood my struggle with pain management and created a treatment plan with consideration for upcoming therapy sessions. After few sessions with encouragement and dedication, I felt comfortable walking for long periods which I enjoyed prior to my injury. As observed, Sachin provided excellent services to all of his clients. Sachin is caring, hardworking, multi-tasking and committed physiotherapist. The physio therapists (Siobhan, Lori, and Jennifer) have all helped me out! I'm impressed that they are up to date on new techniques - I've even had acupuncture as a treatment for my twisted ankle. They are all professional, and great at listening to address the specific issue. What I like the most is that they're great at focusing on improving the issue, but also suggesting preventative maintenance and/or strengthening exercises so that the injury will not happen again. Jennifer was especially helpful after my motor vehicle accident and assisted with all the paperwork to ensure I could focus on getting better. I also received massage therapy treatment at the same time. It was great to have the physio and massage therapists at one clinic who were both familiar with my situation. I currently see Michelle for massage therapy - she is punctual and always inquires how much pressure to apply. The admin staff are wonderful at accommodating my schedule when I call in for an appointment - thanks! THE Downtown Sport Clinic is excellent, as they really care about their patients. Andrew has been checking with the Physios for a while to make sure things are on track and going how they should and referring me back as needed. The reception staff is also amazing. I have a challenging schedule and the girls never complain, they just cheerfully find a time that works and they get it done! It's also incredibly convenient being in the downtown core.

So I decided to go this place . My physiotherapists was PT Sam. He did a wonderful job, he did thorough assessment to find the root cause of my pain , then he did dry needling , it immediately relieved my pain going down to my arm and hand. With help of TENS machine and hot packs it relaxed my neck muscles , he did manual therapy to release the tension in my neck within 3 visits . Then he provided with me some exercises which was very easy to follow and remember and very effective at same time . I am still doing it at home. And the best part was the way he communicate and explained me thoroughly about all treatment process. He is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend adding some aroma therapy its a lovely touch and the music experience needs some consideration, when the music stops, starts and continues to do this it interrupts the flow of the massage and the mood! One final thing your bathrooms need more attending, when I was there last night the bathroom I used smelled like urine and the seat was broken and had urine all over it! So maybe some anti bacterial wipes in the washrooms would be handy for the clients to sanitize before using, but overall I am happy with the friendliness and massage!
