    Constantly losing connection to the point where I can't game, play videos, or work from home reliably. When you do get someone from support nothing is ever fixed. I am attaching the amazingly bad packet loss I get. Service is way too expensive for the quality of the service. I am counting down the days until the fiber install is finished in my neighborhood so I can leave this garbage company.

    Me testing the internet connection on my console everytime it goes out to attempt to restore connection, to no avail.

    My connection is dropped at least five times a day, sometimes 5 times an hour, it's like a box of chocolates, you never know what your gonna get with optimum, Absolute garbage, I hope my review saves you from getting scammed by a terrible company, Absolute garbage

    i would give Suddenlink (now Optimum) in Cabot, Arkansas ZERO Stars, but that's not an option. We experience more outages than i can count.

    My husband and I went to the store to see if the service with T mobile would be better than with…read moreCricket from our location. Ethan greeted us and was very outgoing and friendly. Please don't let this influence the next customer to the Jacksonville, AR location. We bought new phones because he said it would make sure of better service. He told us, he was sending a booster free of charge to the house, to make sure we would have no problems. As we were trusting him to take care of us, he said you also get a free tablet today, but of course you have to pay the taxes on it, like you did with the 2 phones. I didn't find out we have to pay for service for the tablet until I got the first bill. Please I urge you to ask many questions before taking this young man at "just" the information he is providing. I was promised, twice by him yesterday that he would give me a call back. I did not hear from him so I called the "corporate office" and boy was that a joke. Everything has to be handled out of the store. What corporation allows the individual locations to have all the control? The next day: Since talking with the manager Doug, says he is willing to do what ever it takes to make me happy. I am going to see how this goes. The service is still a problem in my area. I believe the Corporation should up date their coverage map, because it shows my area fair but if it weren't for WiFi through my cable company, most of the time, I would have no service. Cricket was better.
