The worst experience in this shop,…read more at first looks like a reputable place with rich history, but in reality they are just unprofessional at their job, and professional at blaming their customers for their mistakes. My wife got tested and they determined that she needs glasses -1.5 she paid total of 305 for the test and the glasses. when the glasses were ready, my wife tried them on and immediately noticed they are not correct, and notified the employee, which assured My wife that they are correct and she needs to ware them for about a week to get used to them. after a week of headaches we return the glasses, and when passing a new test it turns out the result is not -1.5 but -1 which is a huge difference. They started blaming the difference on some medication that my wife was taking, but her vision has been the same for years now, it didn't change when she was taking the medication. It is impossible for the vision to change by -0.5 without the person noticing it, but they were claiming it's not their fault. Because they never accepted it's their fault for such a big difference they charged us extra 40 EUR for the additional test. As a result we have 3 weeks wasted time, 1 week of headaches, and extra 40 EUR spent on a useless test. I don't even speak about the tone the manager speaks to their customer, one would think we got the glasses for free for them to treat us like that, Unacceptable I would recommend everyone to avoid this little optics shop.
