The proprietor, Emiliano Andeani waited on him and showed me various frames without pushing any particular price point. This was on a Saturday and I was leaving Rome the next day to return home. Emiliano offered to examine my eyes and prepare the progressive lenses that I required, promising that I would receive the glasses in the U.S. within 10 days. Here it is 9 days later and the frames arrived with perfectly prepared progressive lenses. Emiliano is a gracious and highly professional optician about whom I cannot praise too highly.

What I like about it as that he was willing to bargain and he sold the glasses to me at 38% discount and I knew that I am getting a bargain compare to USA prices. The selection is limited but all the sun glasses are very nice and high end brands. The store is about three minutes walk to Fontana Di Trevi and right in front of a great restaurant called "That's Amore".
