Then they made 2 different sets of glasses incorrectly (I purchased single vision distance and they made them with my reading rx. The second pair was also wrong because their in-house doctor messed up my rx. When I asked if they could redo the eye exam, they told me the eye doctor was "about to go to lunch, so no"). Finally they agreed to refund me but after I never saw the refund, I found that they had sent the refund to a credit card I used with them 2 years ago and is no longer an open acct (instead of sending the refund to the credit card I used to make this purchase, which would make sense). When I figured that out, I called the main store to request a refund, they told me the manager was not in, and they never called me back. Then I called corporate and someone later called me back from there to let me know they couldnt do anything to help. They said I'll have to contact the closed credit card company to ask them to mail me a check for the refund they sent there incorrectly. As if that wasnt bad enough, the agent gave me a 23 digit confirmation number and would only read it out to me over the phone (I was driving when they called), as she said she couldn't email it to me becasue she didnt have access to send emails.
