Very nice people!! So helpful and inviting. Take their time. They don't rush you in picking out your frames.

Tried to buy new glasses, but my optometrist said that I had cataracts, and needed to have them…read moretaken care of. Nuts. I'm not that old (61.) After a lot of investigating, I settled on Dr. Quigley's office. I didn't have vision coverage on my medical insurance and I'm not old enough for Medicare, so the staff worked with me to make sure that I got the best deal that I could get. Financing options were offered, but I didn't need them. I got the best replacement lenses that they offered, and the cost was just north of ten grand, total. Sounds like a lot, but the glasses I've been wearing my entire life were expensive, too. I was told that I might need glasses for reading afterward, but other than that, my vision would be good. The process was pretty straightforward. They did each eye three weeks apart, and I had special eyedrops (included in my cost) that I had to use for three weeks. Dr. Quigley himself did the surgery, although I don't remember anything. I had new lenses implanted and my astigmatism repaired by laser at the same time. My eyes itched for a day or so after (don't rub!) but there wasn't much pain at all. There was no charge for the two follow-up visits after each eye - everything was included in my initial cost. That was nice. So, it's been three months now, and I can say that I'm quite satisfied. I can read menus at the restaurant, and my distance vision is 20/20 in one eye, 20/25 in the other. For the first time since fourth grade, I don't have to wear glasses, and I can buy all the stylish shades that I could never think of wearing before. I can't see tiny things like my nearsighted vision used to, but Walmart readers take care of that. I did receive a couple of bills in the mail that I shouldn't have by mistake, but one phone call to their office got them taken care of and an apology for their mess-up. Everybody I talked to at Dr. Quigley's office seemed genuinely concerned for my welfare and I don't believe that I could have been treated better. I would happily pick them again, and recommend them to anyone.

We made an appointment A month ago. Went in today for it and after sitting in the lobby for an hour…read morethey finally called us to the desk and told us are appointment was cancelled. They tried to tell us that they called and left a message on the cell phone but there was no messages. The place was packed and they overbooked their appointments. I would not recommend.

I researched aggressively and read all of the reviews on Yelp. I had an excellent experience with the optician I saw (Kari). They technically work for a separate company, but they are inside each of the stores, I was at the Ft. Myers store. I was very pleased with the price (buy one, get one free). Best of all the glasses are the best I've ever had (and I've worn glasses for 51 years)!! I will definitely go back again. They were helpful, affordable and have a very large selection of frames and accessories.

They claim that they don't have a device that can detect the prescription of your current glasses,…read morewhen in fact it's sitting there right behind the counter. They insist that you Must see their optometrist. The frames fall apart (both of them, with lenses falling out and dropping to the ground). If they do something wrong and you don't discover it within 30 days because you haven't worn the second pair before then, the correction of the mistake will be charged to you (If they "allow" you the privilege of being charged for it!). No credit given for their mistake (wrong lenses!!! Seriously!!!) to the tune of over $150. Temples loosen or tighten at seemingly random intervals, requiring yet More Return Visits to this shop of horrors. The Brand Names are in fact Knock Offs, but you can't tell from the prices (yes, I checked with Ray Ban). In over 45 years of wearing glasses I have never had so many problems with both pairs of glasses in less than a few months time, or ever, actually. This place is so shady! Everyone needs to absolutely Not Buy Anything From This Store! What a joke this place is!

I am so disappointed. This place was listed as 'best of' in 2015 for eye glasses in Cape Coral!…read more My appointment started off with a part-time optometrist who gave me a 15 minutes exam.,,that whole experience was VERY unprofessional. Randy, the only staff there, knew his frames, well maybe, the $99 frames as advertised looked like they were for kids. It was really hard to get his help because he was either on the phone talking about his weigh training or doing the same with guys that drop in. The incident that led to this review was yesterday, when I called 3 times and finally got him in person, asking if I could come in to pick up my glasses that were ordered 3 weeks earlier..(he never called to tell me that) He said yes they were in and he will be there until 5 p.m. I live 15 minutes away so I left home at 4:15 but was caught in traffic from an accident on Del Prado. At 4:45 I was 5 minutes away and called to let him know I was going to be there shortly, but got the answer machine again, and left a msg i was 5 minutes out... got there at 4:52 and door was locked, lights off....no Randy!!!! GRRRR. How did they EVER get the 'Best of' for Cape Coral!!!!!! I only wish I had check Yelp before all this instead of just relying on the paper.... I only hope this will help others as it too late for me.

If there was less then one star that's what I give this place…read more My appointment was with a optometrist that gave me about 15 minutes exam for $90.00 Then I order and paid for contact lenses and Randy, I assume that is name told me they would be ready in two weeks.Three weeks passed I called and he told me there where in so I went to pick them up and he tried to give me two boxes of contact samples, really !!! I told him I wanted the contact lenses I order and he told me he would have to reorder them. I was not happy and he didn't like that, so then he got nasty and told me to shut up and let him talk. Ended up getting credit and I just walked away from this sad situation. This guy should not be in customer service he is horrible.
