Don't know if u guys still remember me, I am the guy who wanted a glasses frame in 2020, maybe Sep or Oct,from China with bad English.(I guess my English is worse after leaving Scotland) It's been a long time since I came back to China but I too so long time to write that now. Still remember that stuff was from Japan or Italy, so I was waited so excited in those days. I said I would write a positive reputation that day with a such great weather. dont rate this place at all. miserable staff, miserable experience and to me not very child…read morefriendly. took my son in to book an eye test .shop was empty but we still had to wait 5 days to get examination . optician got ratty because my son kept fidgiting, fair enough but hes only young, what did she want me to do with him,seemed to take forever and a day to get through it.anyways wasnt impressed by there range of glasses and i dont think they were too interested if you werent buying the glasses ,i.e nhs frames for kids, there isbetter opticians in the area and i wouldnt put any of my children through that experience again, at the end of theday i know they are there to provide a service but they could try it with a smile one day.
