I was in a real bind when the screw at the end of the temple/arm of my prescription frame was loose. It has something to do with the little, tiny screw or the hinge, and it was finally detached from the frame. I came in to Optic Duroc and after a little wait, the lady at the counter listened and knew what to do immediately. She took the whole frame and the loose pieces. Within 5 minutes, she came back out and....voilà my frame was back to normal. When I asked how much it cost for her time, she said it was "free".
