I can honestly say that today is the first day in about 2 months that my lower back pain and hip bursitis has diminished significantly. This is due to managing and controlling your pain correctly and PT is critical in this process. My neck pain is now completely gone and we are currently working on my hip and back. Body Mechanix has given me the tools and knowledge that I need to improve my life. This has been achieved through correct exercise, understanding what is causing your discomfort, massage therapy and many other solutions to a particular issue you may be suffering with. Thank you Shari (the best PT ever!!) for helping me feel great for the first time in months! The entire staff is just awesome. I HIGHLY recommend Body Mechanix for those of you dealing with any type of pain, acute pain or injury. Personally I've worked at a physical therapy…read moreplace before (not this company) and I've had physical therapy before (not this company), so I know all sides and I've seen EVERYTHING. But boy does Performance PT take the cake. Let me explain; I had called them to schedule an appointment because I was in pain they immediately said I could go in that day! SHOOK! So I get there Tiffany the young lady at the desk is always helpful and made sure to settle me in, welcome me and get things going. I meet with Greg, he did my evaluation and was super nice and super knowledgeable when it came to explaining what was going on with me. He sincerely cared and had a plan, that is working quite well throughout the whole office. He spent about an hour with me, and I felt comfortable knowing I was in good hands. So I usually work with either Nick or Jake. Both absolutely amazing when I become famous I will be taking 1 or both of them with me! Just a heads up. Nick is really great with helping me with advice regarding mental health that is affecting the body as well, he's honest, nice, knowledgeable and hilarious. I do indeed like him very very much! He always makes me laugh and checks in on me. And works me OUT! Now to Jake, Jake is really cool. Jake gives the best massages and he for sure does great work on my neck, he checks in as well and he is so blunt and honest I love it. He's super funny and as I went in today I was in so much pain and tired, he made sure to work me but to keep me comfortable and tried to relieve stress and tension. All in all I love them. They have been detrimental to my well being and it means a lot to me. Now I still go here and I am still being treated but they deserve to be acknowledged and know how much of an impact they have on me. I get excited knowing I have physical therapy and I appreciate how dedicated they are to helping others. I am only 30 and my body is stressed and not very "good" for my age. So they help me here and I am so appreciative. Thank you guys! And to the front desk staff thank you so much for always keeping me on schedule and calling me with cancellations, they are very helpful here. And very kind.

This place has been a lifesaver for me. I started coming here in my 7th month of pregnancy due to…read morehorrible sciatic nerve pain that was really messing with my day-to-day activities (came in limping, basically in tears). I'm a very active person and being practically immobile wasn't going to cut it. My midwife suggested this place and I was glad to find a location minutes from my home. I started my therapy sessions with Kayla Whiting and she made such a difference for me. She was kind and professional and really understood the pain I was having so she was able to give me a solid treatment plan. I left a few sessions sore due to stretching and exercises but icing was always recommended and helped. The day after I'd always feel so much better. After a few sessions, my pain was almost completely eliminated. I could walk without pain again. Amazing! And I never needed any pain medicine. The sessions of heat, massage, stretching, and exercises (combined with my own daily stretching exercises at home prescribed by them) made the end of my pregnancy a breeze and will most certainly help me postpartum. I am so grateful for this place because they really understood exactly what I was going through. I went from not being able to walk without limping or get out of bed to speed-walking with ease and rolling out of bed like a champ. I could even carry my laundry basket down the stairs again and clean on all fours (though my husband still does not like that I do this lol). They are professional yet personable and I worked with a few other PT's there to make scheduling appointments easier. Overall, the advice, tips, and treatment have been very successful for me. I would most certainly come here in the future if I ever need a PT again.

I write this as someone familiar with the entire Clifton Campus. Let me state that the assisted…read moreliving facility next door where my father resides is exceptional. I have never had one complaint. However, I am extremely disappointed with the Clifton Rehab facility. This facility is a safe and secure facility where people can get decent care, but they don't take criticism very well. The staff is mostly per diems, so the caregivers differ from day to day and have no baseline frame of reference. I also think they focus on filling beds instead of what is best for the patient. My father had been a patient there over the summer to receive physical therapy, and while the medical reports indicated he needed all sorts of assistance and probably would not be able to return to assisted living, it was simply not true. He was actually quite able bodied, but when they can get you to pay for beds in both facilities, why not? I was then pressured by Izze Lawton, to switch my father from his managed group health insurance in to Medicare, because it would guarantee him 90 days of care. While it appeared to be well-meaning, friends warned me the facility was looking for a blank check. Fast forward to now, where my father needs another short term rehab stay. I was not thrilled with this facility, but it's safe and convenient, so I agreed to another stay at this facility, where apparently we are banned due to my having expressed my honest concerns. They literally rescinded the bed offer after speaking with me. Shame on Clifton and the ownership for denying long-term residents of the assisted living facility access to the whole Clifton "family" campus. It's truly disgusting behavior and showcases the heartlessness of the management of the rehab.
