Finding was swift and assets were returned to me the next day after I paid off loan. Would not use any other company. Becky and Katelyn were so nice and accommodating. The CEO Dewey was also kind and my experience and satisfaction was his only concern. Profits were secondary. This company is to be trusted and was there for me when I needed them the most!

I was promised a resolution, but never provided one. He is condescending and nasty.

They talked us through the process and in 2021, "paid" off our $87,000 in loans wih us then having a consolidated loan. Turns out, I went in to studentaid.gov this week curious about the loan forgivenness plan and was STUNNED to see $31000 of the $87000 had not been paid by them. So for nearly a year, we have been paying for the $87000 consolidated loan when in fact they had not actually use the money to erase our $9=87K in debt. Crucially, CRUCIALLY, when you are working with them to consolidate, they will promptly answer, but since this $31K issue was brought up, they refuse to answer ANY emails. It seems totally fraudulent.

I had that was almost 50x the amount of my monthly payments. And they didn't quote me the best rate. I believe it's because they have the current loan open that I am refinancing so they want to collect the higher rate. But I could be wrong. Either way. I am moving on and just going to pay it off or re-finance away. Thanks everyone for reviewing and I strongly recommend you stay away. Also I routinely emailed and called with very rare or few follow ups from common bond. Just blown away at their non competitive rate, lack of communication and lack of interest. Just really really shocked. Glad I only did the quote and didn't go as far as to let them neglect to payoff the loan as happened with another review here. Thanks for the warning and I will heed.
