I recently had a disappointing experience at your Oporto store.While ordering through the drive-thru, a young staff member was taking my order and seemed new. Another staff member, Nour, interrupted him mid-order in a rude manner and then walked away, leaving me to help finish the order myself.I then waited an unusually long time at the drive-thru, with cars backing up behind me. When Nour eventually came to the window, I asked about the delay. She responded dismissively and walked away without offering any explanation or apology. When I pointed this out, her response was unprofessional and unhelpful. By saying 'look don't make me frustrated'!. To make matters worse, the food quality did not meet expectations -- the chips were barely warm, and the overall experience meant I didn't enjoy my meal.Overall, I felt the customer service was poor and quite disappointing.
