We all love a good pizza, and Arthur's definitely makes some…read more I usually gauge a restaurant's pizza-making ability by ordering a margherita (plain cheese + tomato). If they can make their margherita's flavoursome and delicious, they are truly skilled. And Arthur's margherita is one of the best I've ever had! Just the right amount of cheese, perfectly melted, with tangy, crisp-tasting tomato sauce, and the most fragrant fresh basil ever. Arthur's also has some delicious fresh juices, which I love. Rarely do you get served genuinely fresh juice, but their apple juice was divine. The service was outrageously friendly, and the waitresses were eager to help and make you comfortable. The prices were more than reasonable, and I had a nice, filling lunch for less than $15, which is excellent. I'd definitely go here again, dying to try some of their pasta!

So sad but the chips were great but definitely not worth the money or the trip I would strongly suggest go somewhere else for your snitzel maybe its pizza they can make well who knows

Saw the advertising around Rhodes Shopping Centre for a $10 double cheeseburger for the…read morerestaurant's birthday celebration. We thought we'd give it a try. While the place is connected to Rhodes Shopping Centre you enter from the street. The place has a cool urban industrial look. It's a little out there and I like it. A row of meat grinders dividing tables. A graffiti artwork of children doing a graffiti artwork. Caged meat grinders. The tables and chairs are wooden with metal frameworks and supports. There is also outside seating. You order and pay at the counter. Each table has a number which you're supposed to remember for when you order. I guess so many people didn't know they were supposed to remember their table number so now you're given a number after ordering. So we sat at table 3 but were given number 47 to take back to the table. Whatever works. The burgers came out in good time along with our fries. The burgers are a decent size so I only ordered a small fries to share between two. I didn't think about ordering sauce and by the time we started eating I didn't care enough to go up and ask for some. Plus if I had to pay for it it would have been awkward and I didn't want to go through all that. The fries was nice and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Not too fat nor too thin. Fresh and very hot. It was salted but only slightly, needed a little more to make it perfect. Sauce would have resolved this problem. But again I was being lazy. The double cheeseburgers we're pretty darn good. Meat was cooked nicely. Not too greasy. The acidity of the onion paired well with the saltiness of the melted cheese. It was an awesome burger. There was a slight problem but I don't want it to negatively taint the restaurant in any way possible. We had a great night and a great meal, but I always ask myself in the event of something not quite right happening at a restaurant "What would Gordon Ramsay do?" My burger had a strip of wax paper stuck to the bottom of the bun. If I hadn't cut my burger up I might have eaten it unwittingly. I made sure I told the chef, it wasn't to complain but just as a way for them to know so it doesn't happen again. We'd finished our meals by that point. I made sure to tell them how much I still enjoyed the burger and we left. One of the staff called us back in so he could comp us the burger. I told him that he didn't need to do that as we still had a great meal but he insisted. I thought this was extremely decent of them. Would I come back here again? Indeed, I would. The staff are very nice and the food is very enjoyable, with or without wax paper.

Took a few minutes to figure out how it works - you order at the counter, he gives you a bucket with a number, cutlery and sauces, then you can take a seat - which by the way the night we were there were at a premium. Beer and wine available - take a tip, have a beer, the wine is served in a tumbler and a bit ordinary. The menu is as the name suggests - ribs and burgers. Lip-smackingly-good sounding ribs and burgers. We were both on a ribs mission, so although the burgers looked and smelt fantastic, pork ribs it was. These babies are the premium price, with beef and lamb also on offer and sides of fries, salads and wings all available. The ribs came pretty quick and they tasted wonderful. Like all ribs, they looked big on the plate, but I have to say I could have had two. The serving size is about half of Hurricanes, but in reality it is adequate. The fries are unreal - buy a plate, you won't regret it. All the food is served on enamel tin plates, also pretty funky and of course pretty much bullet proof. I would have to say next time I will be sure to order some wings to start, cos they look great and I could use the extra. Watching the folks around devor their burgers they also look pretty schmick - a few to choose from so it might take a few visits to get the range! And the good news is, I will definitely be back.
