Some was standing around making small talk with friends/customers. I waited around for 10-15 minutes to look at some pieces. Another gentleman walked in, a salesperson immediately came up and talked to him, you know, like a typical salesperson is supposed to do. Hmmmmmm... Did that guy look like he had money and I didn't? (For the record, I could afford to buy half the store if I chose to.) Did they not see me because I was not a white, tall guy? Maybe. This being near the Landfill/Wrightsville areas, full of hoytie/toytie people, I wouldn't doubt it. Anyway, they lost a sale today and many future sales. This is not the way to run a business, though.

They were very nice and professional as well. Highly recommend.

Betsy was so kind to help us know more about what to find when it comes to an engagement/wedding band and she showed us example. I even got to write down everything that my gf and her talked about the info of what my GF wants in an engagement ring. She showed us everything they had to offer and told us a lot about each of the jewelry. I'm very happy that we went here instead of some chain store, because we wanted to get jewelry that were hand crafted by a local business. My girlfriend felt like a seagull looking at all the jewelry and finally found the earrings she wanted. We are going to come back to TS Brown Jewelry when we visit Wilmington for now on. Thank you so much Betsy for everything!! (I hope I'm spelling your name right lol)

All the stars go to the really nice lady. The salesman got negative zero stars. The GOOD- when I walked in there was a salesman, (tall guy), who was happily chatting to another couple. They were very friendly and kind to each other. There was a very kind older lady who was helping me. She did her best but she was not very familiar with sizing and repair estimates. Then the couple left. Sounds great right? Unfortunately, the vibe changed. The lady that was helping me asked him to help us. The Bad- The salesman came over to help us. Boy, totally different attitude. No smile. No eye contact. No thank you when I left no nothing. He did not make me feel like he was happy to help me as a potential customer. Lost my business. I want to feel like they are happy that I am there. Like the really nice ladies's attitude, hers was wonderful. Super fail on customer service from the sales man. I had so many people recommend me to them, too. There's other jewelry repair places that I'm sure are happy that they will have my business.
