I am on holiday in Valencia and needed my nails to be done so I called them to make an appointment. One of them spoke English and understood which treatment I want. They booked me in for the next day at 12:30. Although I got a feeling that they were kinda gossiping cause I don't speak Spanish, they were very polite. The treatment included - getting rid of my old gel nail polish, - whole manicure and - new gel nail polish from their autumn collection for 28€! The finish is wonderful, she did my nails beautifully! I walked in the first time and they were too busy but told me to come back the next day. It was a little frustrating because they only have like one or two people doing nails at a time, it was worth it when I went the next day. I was really surprised they don't use water (dipping your hands in water) like other salons and they really take care of you when you're there. The price is reasonable for a name like OPI and I like the lotions that they use to massage your hands after. There's always at least one person who speaks English, so that's good. read more

I got my nails done here while on Vacation. I get my nails done back home quite often but I have to say, this has been my favorite place that I have ever been to. The girls that work there are very nice and welcoming. My nails were exactly what I asked for and they are perfect. They work with high quality and precision. And for a great price might I add. Important to mention that you do need to come in or call to make an appointment before you come. read more

The place was all empty only one client and the lady said she was too busy lol.. like 7 sits more o less, waiting for clients and the lady was not able to attend me when I was available to wait, she just said NO... I was for one day in Valencia and in an emergency for a pedi and this place make me walk to said no because by the way they didn't pick up the phone... read more

Had an amazing experience at OPI. I got my hair cut and coloured by Linda who was really professional and super sweet! She had great input and made my hair look amazing!! I recommend her, she will make you look so good! read more
