OK, I will go ahead and admit I didn't end up taking this car service, but I do know that they have…read moregreat customer service. I booked a car with them because they had good rates and on-line booking (which is great for my lazy nature!). When my trip plans suddenly changed, I gave them a quick call and they had me all sorted in just a matter of minutes. My refund was practically processed before I hung up the phone. I am working on my next trip and definitely plan to use them.
